I can't begin to describe how wonderful the staff are and how accommodating they were.

I had an excruciating infection under an old root canal and because it was a Sunday, no specialists are open. They helped me immediately, no long wait times and phenomenal customer service to go with their knowledgeable drs.

I'm extremely loyal to my dentist and refuse to go anywhere else as it gives me anxiety. They helped me through this emergency with ease.

I had Jerick as my hygenist and he is very cool. He keeps things real and explains stuff very well too. The front staff is very friendly as well

This was my first time going here (the mcphillips location) I met with dr mittal about laser dentistry and my options, he was extremely pleasant to deal with and was very honest about everything. I was also there to get a toothache checked out and was dealing with Veerpal for the X-rays and start of my appointment, she was amazing, very good at her job and made me feel extremely comfortable. I ended up getting a root canal and some fillings done by Dr Kim and his assistant Van, both were extremely nice and helpful, Dr Kim got the root canal and fillings done it what felt like no time at all. Almost forgot to mention the ladies at the front desk who were such a joy to deal with! Overall this place is a 10/10, I highly recommend this business for any and all dentistry needs.

My first experience at Greenwood Dental on McPhillips was great! Just before the new year, I had a chipped tooth emergency. I've always been going to another dental office but due to short notice, my usual dental office were unable to take me in. A colleague of mine recommended me to give Greenwoods Dental a call. They took me in within the hour. Filled and fixed my chipped tooth with no issues.

Due to the great experience, I decided to book a cleaning with them. I've been going to another dental office for the past 23 years. I hated going to the dentist, I did not like the uncomfortable pain, grinding, and always had difficulty in breathing due to being anxious. My dental hygienist, Kimberly, was very professional and took note of the issues I had of going to the dentist for cleaning. For the first time, I had no issues with my cleaning, no pain whatsoever. She was amazing, and overall made it a great experience. I will be booking with her from now on moving forward! The Dentist, Dr. Vipul, was great and informative, would recommend to friends and family.

The people working at the McPhillips location are 5 star, top class. The ladies working the front are polite and respectful, in the dentist chair it was like a pit crew, fast & efficient.

My brother got his braces done here. He needs to get them tightened every so often even with an appointment and then knowing he has to get back to work they make him wait over an hour and seem not to care at all about the stress this is causing

Great and friendly dental experience for the whole family. And very accommodating schedule especially Sunday, really works for us. I got wisdom tooth extraction and I recover fast, my husband got root canal and my kids got their cleaning and check up. I have been a client of greenwoods dental clinic on Mcphillips since 2018.this year I went for my cleaning and checkup.the dental hygienist named JERIC is AWESOME. He cleaned my teeth well like its brand new.and provided me lots of info how to properly maintain cavity free teeth.to the Greenwoods management clinic please hire more people like JERIC. He is more on quality.this is the first time I was happy on the way my teeth has been properly cleaned unlike my previous appointments. KUDDOS on hiring a person like him!

The doctors are very good and explain well. My dentist Dr Rufus is extremely polite and takes good care of patient needs. The front desk staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend the place for anyone in need of good dentist

The greatest Greenwoods Pediatric, the first time I came with my 4 year old who was terrified. She left with the biggest smile on her face. A few weeks later I had to go for some dental work. Super friendly, professional staff. Took care of all of my concerns and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this dental office.

I attended Greenwoods for the first time last week. I struggle with going to the Dentist and definitely don’t have the best teeth. But the team here made me feel comfortable and at home. From the moment you walk in, there is a very welcoming environment. Each staff member I interacted with was nothing but kind and respectful! They were able to get me in for fillings right away and did an amazing job. The dentists are fast and efficient in their work from what I witnessed! Cannot wait to go for my cleaning in 6 months!

Amazing! Simply amazing! Dr. Kim is the kindest dentist in the city! I have really bad anxiety and panic disorder, and he made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time during the procedure. He eased so much of my anxiety about dentists. Life changing.

From the moment I walked in the energy from the staff was very welcoming. I explained to the receptionist when I first arrived at 7am about my situation I had stayed up all night due to a tooth that needed extraction although the business was open at 7 am the doctors weren't seeing patients until 9 I was arranged an appointment at 9 and was in an office with a dentist by 9: 15 (paperwork included, COVID screening, X-Ray). Although I hated the needles involved for an extraction the doc made me feel comfortable. All things said there was a couple of points i saw that as a customer I might get the wrong impressions after I had gotten my x-ray the doctor pointed out that I had a few more holes that needed to be filled and 3 more teeth to extract 2 being my wisdom teeth which don't bother me at all I just wanted to have what I came in for dealt with first. Other than that 5 stars

Amazing place. I’ve been to 2 locations, both were fast, courteous super professional from the reception to the completion of services. I 10000% recommended giving them a try. I got a wisdom tooth removed, and it was okay. I didn’t enjoy it, because of the fact that I didn’t feel comfortable with who was doing it. Nothing wrong, except that they didn’t feel to friendly and they didn’t really speak much. I also felt like it was rushed and the aftercare didn’t go as slow as it should’ve. Kinda did it, then was told to leave. I feel like there should be better ways to make your patients feel comfortable.

Staffs are very nice and chatty. My daughter did not even got scared or nervous, the staff handle her professionally. It was an awesome experience for our whole family.

Been to a few dental clinics and Dr. Roman is by far the best. Not to mention the staff is always so friendly and welcoming!

I went for cleaning but they asked for an X-ray and I said do what needs to be done (I had trust). The X-Ray was fine but Dr. Kim said he sees otherwise and wanted to do give me a filling. I never had any filling done in my teeth before but I said, do what you need to do (I still had trust). It felt that he had heavy hands, scaling was painful and the filling procedure was awful, but I have high pain tolerance anyway so I took it all like a man! He seemed not to focus on what he was doing, chatting with his assistant about food and stuff while doing the work. He does not seem to care and just wanted to finish as soon as he could. The result? My teeth that he put filling on became so sensitive and it hurts bad when biting on anything! Yes, even softer foods!

Hoping that my pain would go away, I waited for a few days but it lingered so I decided after 5 days to go back. And they did another X-ray, but Dr. Kim told me he can't see anything wrong and that he "did not know" what the problem was! And so I left with just desensitizer applied in my affected teeth plus the load of disappointment. They told me to go back again (in a week) and I thought of it but decided against it after long and hard thinking because I would never ever deal with that kind of service again. Can you think of anything worse than awful? Yes, that's the word to describe my experience! And yes, I went to another Dental Clinic and they are the opposite. Caring, knowledgeable and empathetic. They do their service not just for money! Got it?

For the ones who had good experience here, good on you!

I have been with Greenwoods for a few years now and I will not go anywhere else. The staff from the time you enter to the time you leave are the most phenomenal people. Yesterday and today I had work done and again.treated with the utmost care. I recommend Greenwoods and their most capable staff to all your dental needs. This is not a 5 star review, it's a definite 10! I have been reading the reviews and on a personal note I would like to say the clients that are complaining have invalid complaints. The complaints stated by the clients should have read the notes CLEARLY posted in the office.and anyone rude to anyone in a professional manner is just that. I know the office staff to have extreme professionalism.and I actually witnessed it yesterday. The gentleman admin was on the phone with an extremely rude client. I got the jest of the conv and he did NOT deserve what this person was saying, but he handled it in the most professional manner!

Don't go to this dentist! Very low quality fillings & they dont last. My girlfriend went in to have some work done a few times over the past year & since then she's had nothing but problems with the teeth that greenwoods dental has done work on! I took her to my family dentist & he was very curious who did her teeth as it was botched! If another dentist asks who the previous dentist was that did any work on your teeth it's bad! I wouldn't recommend they will botch your teeth 100%

I was in to get a crown put on and was in and out in under 1 hour. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to see me for a root canal even on a holiday. Making an appointment for a Saturday or evening during the week was no problem. I would definitely recommend Greenwoods Dental to anyone who needs a dentist.

I had a pleasant experience with Greenwoods Dental & Surgical Centres (McPhillips location). The doctor and his dental assistants were very helpful and non-judgmental. They helped me to feel at ease (physically and mentally, considering that I had a traumatic experience with dentists before) by explaining the procedures they were going to do and options that were available. They were also very kind and generous to give a huge amount of discount for someone like me who currently do not have any insurance. Seen the great reviews online from others with similar dental anxiety like myself and I HAD to get my child in for emergency dental work on a Sunday. Called, got him in within the hour, very clean and inviting office, automatically brought me ease. Pleasant staff and a female Dentist who really heard our concerns and handled his cracked tooth extraction, quickly and painlessly. No upselling or awkward judgmental conversations like I've experienced other places, just the care he needed right then and there.we immediately set up our next appointment with their children's dentistry specialist to go over preventative measures and make a plan for his future teeth care (a convenient Sunday appointment - no prob) Finally a place where we are excited and comfortable to go too. I cant wait to get myself in there as well! Thanks Greenwoods Dental.

I request to everybody don't go to this clinic they are big liar and poor customer service.totally unprofessional. Four fake statements which you gave me for my refund and after very long term wait then i called you and you were not giving satisfactory answer. You claim twice payment from side which i am asking for refund.why would i thankful to you. I need my refund on immediately basis otherwise i will escalate to Manulife and City of Winnipeg transit Union

I went to the office on February 1 for a checkup and cleaning. I was very impressed with how friendly the front desk staff were and, how clean the place was. I felt very safe and that I was going to be in good hands. Amidst these times it's very important to feel safe and comfortable.
I saw Dr Sandu and her assistant Daya. They were absolutely lovely, kind and, professional.
I have a follow-up in November and I cannot wait to go. I definitely recommend people to come here for all your dental needs.

My personal experience was a botched root canal which became seriously infected. They so painfully dug out the root canal leaving it open. They then refused to give me the much needed antibiotics to treat the infection they gave me. I had to be hospitalized.
Thus, I am now VERY fearful of also being infected with CoVid Virus.
It is my personal opinion you should attend elsewhere = anywhere.

Highly recommend Dr Navneet Sandhu. I searched for good reviews for a dentist. I seen that she had alot of good reviews so I made an appointment and was seen the next day. She was very welcoming, clearly explained everything to me. I felt NO pain. She always asked if I felt any discomfort. Didnt even feel the needle. I am no longer anxious to see the dentist. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I hope this helps anyone that has anxiety to see the dentist. The reviews is what brought me to her and I'm grateful.
