I have nothing but bad things to say about this store, horrible disgusting looks from the employees, like is that how you treat your customers? All the good reviews for this place are guaranteed from friends/family of the owner. Customer service is non-existent in this store, I asked an employee to prepare 30lbs of beef which they had available, I’m not sure whether they could understand me or not but after explaining the same thing to them 3 times, the owner came out and asked the same question I told him the same thing I told the employee and I guess he didn’t understand either. This place is a fraud for being a friendly store, please go to other stores that will treat you way better.

Store is always good. If their is any issue since its a small local business the owner looks after it and will take care of it. Halal, Mediterranean, Indian, Pakistani and Bengali products are available.

I got a very awful experience today. My friend bought two packets of shrimp. & first I noticed it was smelling very bad & when I checked the date it was expired in 2020. Its a very crucial health concern specially around this time. Very dissapointed.

Don't honour their own shelf sticker prices. The cashier said we will give it for whatever it scans at despite it being incorrect. One of many many issues at this place. Gonna stay clear of it!

I have been going to this place for about ten years and have known all previous Owners. The meat business is tricky. What if they buy all frozen meat and then the thaw it. You would think it is fresh but it is not. This place actually buys fresh and does not freeze meats. Plus they are working with slaughter houses and do it themselves. I know if Toronto, they used to play a recording when they slaughter. They put halal label and done. So there is too many variables. But I personally know that this place follows all and spends lot of time and energy in making sure that you get what should.

We bought frozen Pangash fish on Friday April 26th and kept in the freezer for 2 days. Cooked that fish on Sunday but couldn't eat due to bad rotten smell and bad taste. This was 2nd time. I bought fish and had to threw it out. I don't think we will buy fish again from here.
