We went south for a sunny vacation and left our three dogs at Happy Tails for the week. We got regular emails with updates. This made me happy as I felt that they were being well cared for.

An excellent doggie daycare. Staff are attentive and friendly. Our personal choice for our dog, when she we want her to socialize!

Staff super kind and friendly. Wasn’t offered a tour of the dog daycare area though, from behind walls sounded VERY loud and overcrowded. Not for me.

This is our anxious dogs’ favorite place! She doesn’t like leaving home, but when we pull up to Happy Tails she can’t get out of the car fast enough and never wants to leave!

Our puppy has been attending this daycare a few days a week for almost 2 months now. The staff have always been super friendly and provide lots of information on how his day went. He aboslutely loves going here and we feel 100% confident leaving him at Happy Tails for the day.

Our dog looks forward to playing with her friends and is happy and tired at the end of the day!

Not allowed to bring our dog anymore, because I cried at the location because I am dealing with family terminal illness and a death in the family. I was swearing because the hell I've been through and also mentioned how rude and a B the manager spoke to us when she called to give a "final warning" about our dog because he wasn't behaving and has high anxiety and the owner for some reason thought she should ask if we had kids?
After spending ALOT of money here and was hoping they would keep our fur baby in a safe enviroment. They just don't care what you are going through as a human.
Not recommended, unless you only deal with the sweetest caring young ladies Kyra and Jenna.

I am adding to this in response to what the owner said under this message, my husband only called you the "C" word nobody else, because you upset him by making him sound like a bad father, you are not telling the whole story and making us sound like the only one at fault when there are two sides.
Only the manager was called a the "B" word nobody else because she talked to my husband very rudely and of course he will respond the same because we actually thought you were a professional buisness. Your staff that was working is not a child, as you said on the phone "WE'RE ALL ADULTS HERE". She was never called a name.
I doubt Alex attacked any dog, he is a sweetheart. But if he did you could of showed us proof instead of just telling us that our dog isn't allowed there.
THEY ONLY WANT PERFECTLY TRAINED DOGS IN THEIR DAYCARE, If your dogs acts up, it's the owners fault apparently.
Also your staff could not properly convey your company policy when directly asked before anything you claim happened. And you are the one directly attacking my husband with your response. In the grand sceme of things you and your business are irrelevent.

First time for a full day of daycare. Pup did well and staff were so nice! Will be back again.

They charged extra for so called express service although I specifically made appointment days ahead. This charge wasn't discussed ahead of time. This is hidden charges and dishonest way to do business.

I have been taking Copper their every 6 weeks for a groom for over a year and until the groom she received on Thursday it was great. She had a new groomer and didn't do what I had asked. I wanted her rear end trimmed back so when she went poops there won't be any Issues - her hair is very think in that area. What she got was a trimmed the length in that area area and a short trim/shave around where she goes pee. It has left short whisker like hair that has bothered her since.even to the point where she won't play.when I try to take her for a walk she squats every few steps. I sure hope this hasn't traumatized her for future grooms. I called the office the day after she got the groom and explained the whole scenario - she sympathize and stated she would inform the manager who might call be back with a resolution.still haven't heard back.

Lulu’s first day at Happy Tails, and it was a success! Sidney was so kind from the first phone call to coming in with paperwork, and drop off this morning! The staff working when I picked her up were so caring, friendly and kind. We’ll be back soon! Highly recommend

Staff are super welcoming and show honest concern for my dog who is not easy to deal with at times. She had a terrific nail trim which can't be easy during her afternoon stay.

We are happy with our Yorkie /Pom 's cut. She looks great & smells wonderful. We will definitely bring her back again. Thanks!

My dog Mia got groomed today and the results were perfect. All of the employees I talked to were super nice and helpful. Mia is kind of timid and she was pretty comfortable at Happy Tails around the other dogs and with the staff. So that tells me the place is a relaxing environment for her.:)
