Excellent service. I was looking at riding gear. Tobi was knowledgeable, had technical answers and got answers to questions from her rep that she didn't have. I was really impressed. Excellent service.

Great service and sales department. Work gets done in a very timely manner. Would recommend this shop to anyone. Hands down awesome customer experience.

They don't answer their phones and their service department is unhelpful, unfriendly and not very timely and even tho I think the shop is owned by a woman the men inside just assumed I was there for my husband's bike even tho I bought my bike through them.
I needed a tire change and was told it would take over 2 weeks to do. I needed a new battery and I've phoned multiple times, getting hold of anyone was a mission and they didn't have what I needed in stock. I asked if they could order it and they said they'd get back to me and I haven't heard from them since.
I expected better customer service especially after buying a brand new bike from them and every time I go there I am disappointed.

Have dealt with Tobi several times over the last couple of years re: moto gear, particularly helmets. Always top notch. Appreciate the customer service and attention to detail.

You know, I often say customer service isn't what it once was and this is a prime example.
It is incredibly disappointing to know that my business with this company, seemingly has been relayed to at least one other customer and in a very disrespectful manner. To reach out to ones friend because you didn't like a negative comment & insult someone, is absolutely unprofessional & uncalled for.

Wide selection of motorcycles an brands of bikes. Clothing hats you name it. They probably have it or can get it.

Had my 2023 Polaris snowmobile in for service. Service was great right from the booking of the service up until I picked it up. It was on time and everything was done as needed. Very pleased. Thank you Katie and everyone in the service department!
