Anthony trained me for my first bodybuilding show and I had a great experience. Walked away with 2 medals and I surprised myself by reaching passed my goal. Communication was on point when I needed it! I would definitely recommend!

I had my first workout this morning. The class was fantastic! The coach was incredible, super energetic for 6: 25am. She made sure I knew how to correctly do the exercises and helped me modify if I couldn’t do one. Can’t wait for the next one!

The place was clean and tidy, my appointment was scheduled for 1pm but started at 1: 12 pm
