Terrible clinic, docs here make a lot of assumptions and won't test properly. I was refused a simple bladder infection test with culture twice from this office and given pills that are not affective and not related to bladder infections. Don't go here ladies, you can actually get help elsewhere.

They put my son on ADHD meds
Cause his school said
He needed them
Then I called back couple months later
They lost his charts
Then 3 years later
I take him back
For another issue
They lost his chart again
Never again going back there

Went to this walk in about 9 days ago complaining about severe headache and sore throat. I was told that it was nothing bacterial and that it would go away within a couple of days. A couple of days went by and it only got worse. I went back because the pain in my head and throat was unbearable, all o was given was a migraine medication and was told that it would pass with time.

Finally 8 days later I decided to try going to a different walk in clinic, it was there that the doctor informed me I had one of the more severe cases of tonsillitis they had seen for a while, they were even surprised this was not noticed by the previous clinic.

It was only because I switched from this walk in that only seems to care about speed of service and not actual quality of care that I received the antibiotics I needed to get better.

Extremely dissatisfied with this service and I will never be referring anybody here.

Very bad experience. Covid is over but they still don’t book for in person regardless of the fact how serious a patient can be and needs physical examination. Also they book you on fon and when we go to the clinic, they have no records of booking appointment and refuse you to give consultation. My nephew booked in person appointment a few days before and it was due today at 01: 00 pm, when he went there, he was refused saying you are not booked although he himself booked. Pathetic situation of the clinic administration and no one cares.

I have been going to this clinic almost since it opened. At first it was excellent service by all staff and I felt fully heard. Now it's a struggle to get an I person appointment where you have to much longer for than a phone call. And when you do speak to your physician, it is super rushed and dismissive, missing the symptoms I'm trying to explain. I am highly sensitive to medication so I like to be informed and be part of decided my health plan. Nope not at this place. I have had wrong medications prescribed, medication sent to the wrong pharmacy, doctor completing ignoring that I am in mental high crisis. Won't even look at me for most of the 5 minute meeting I waited over an hour in the clinic for and a month to even get the in person appointment. I am changing doctors as I feel this place is not to be trusted or safe.

Very bad clinic, I wouldn't never recommend to any one to go there, indian racist doctor there and they dont listen what concerne you have, they sent you back with the pain you have. Unprofessional and very racist.

Still in shock at what the dr said about my 2 year old. I went in on Thursday around 6 pm, seen a dr that we don’t usually see he seemed younger then the ones we have seen before. We went in because my baby girl has had a diaper rash for three weeks after she went in the pool and her swimmer busted. I explained all this to him and he takes one look and says “ well I don’t wanna make assumptions but this looks like herpes” I was so shocked that, that was the first thing he had to say then he suggested that it could be fungal rash and prescribed my baby fungal cream (which cleared it up within 2 days) I get that kids get SA and what to look for as I work with SA victims. But don’t make that as your first assumption as to what’s going on with a 2 year old that’s just outrageously rude and making a young mom panic for no reason. Not sure if I’ll ever go back to this place.

Visited this office and when I dared tell the office manager that I didn't appreciate being interrupted and that I found it rude she proceeded to treat me negatively and called me an "idiot". Called later to inform the doctors/owners of their employee's behavior and no response back. Not exactly sure who thought this woman would be good fit for dealing with customers but I will never use the services of this clinic again.

I needed a prescription refilled as my usual doctor left his clinic. I called at 5: 45 to make sure they were still taking walk ins. They said they were closing at 6: 30 so I need to arrive in 15 minutes. Since I only needed a prescription they had said they could also do a phone apointment and I would get called in about 30 minutes. I waited for a call untill 6: 30 and called back as I didn't receive a call and they should be closing at this time. After waiting on hold 15 minutes the receptionist said I would get a call between now and 8pm. I explained that I was worried I would get forgotten about and she reassured me that I would not be and i would be called before 8pm. Waited by the phone. It is now 8: 30pm and I have not received a call and the clinic is now closed. I have wasted 2.75h of my evening for no reason with no result and will have to go someplace else tommorow morning as this clinic is clearly not reliable.

Had a very arrogant doctor. If it weren't for my wife being so determined her and my daughter would have walked out without know they had strep. Then had the same doctor argue with my son and me and was extremely rude and ignored everything that was said. Then he also didn't send my daughters prescription to the pharmacy so we had to call them multiple times through dropped calls and errors before finally getting through and getting them to send our daughters prescription.

If you want to sit, even with an appointment, for an hour waiting, there is no better clinic.

They don't care about you or being on time. A doctors shortage means they will always have customers. So why bother trying.

I just went in with a sore throat that has been nagging me. I thought it would be a quick trip but the doctor wouldn't treat me because I hadn't tested for covid! I am very disappointed and frustrated because I won't be able to see my own doctor for a few days and thought I would just go to the walk in clinic. Will never go there again!

Finally a doctor who listened and helped me. Life changing and life saving. Dr. Mohammad Moghareh Is simply the best. The staff are very nice to front desk. Love the over the phone and that they send me information through portal. Thank you team! - Manik

Do not recommend! Got advice from a Dr over the phone, but had to call back later in the day because the condition worsened. Was told only one phone call a day- never got a call back and ended up in Urgent care! Unacceptable!

The staff and doctors are all super friendly.the doctors are thorough, and take the time to answer all my questions. This is for the preschool pediatrics part.

There is long waiting time and they don’t care who is coming first or last. I came here with my first time for my friend check up. I had to say its the worst procedure they follow and really do not care about the patients health. They were keep saying will be with you shortly but still we waiting more than 45 minutes. Never ever recommend this place to die. I would rather stay home and take regular medicine than going here and wasting the time. They are racism they are sending the white person first to see the doctor and giving zero priority to others

Great clinic I got treated with respect and professionalism they really helped me with my health issue. Thank you so very much.

Not impressed. I went during open hours and the door was locked, I had to call to be let in, and then found out there is no DR even in so i couldn't be seen. Though the receptionist was friendly, and she said the Dr was working from home and he would call me and discuss my needs over the phone. Since all I needed was a quick prescription which was simple to do over the phone I didn't bother to try to go to a different clinic. Well the Dr never called me, so now I have to wait until I'm able to go to another walk in clinic (my work hours make it challenging). What a waste of time.

Posting my girlfriend's message as she would like to remain anonymous "Very disappointed with this clinic. I've been very sick and on the 25 of may I had an over the phone consultation with a doctor and was told that he would prescribe me antibiotics. I went to pick it up at my nearest pharmacy and apparently no prescription under my name. I called back and there was "nothing they could do for me" since the doctor had finished for the day and didn't even fax my prescription in. The next morning I get a call saying that they resolved the issue and that it was ready. I opted to get it delivered and this clinic claimed that it was picked up in the early afternoon and was on it's way. I never received my prescription. Awful service and I will never be going to this clinic ever again"

Very rude front end staff. When you call there you Re put on hold for a minimum of 10-15 minutes and when you get someone on the phone they are very rude and ignorant. If it wasn't for the great drs there I would go somewhere else.

Went there at 9: 30 am, Doctor ended up having to call me. So a hour later I get a call. We discuss my reason for needing a doctor. He decides to write me up a prescription & he'll fax it right over to my pharmacy. What a joke he send it at 10: 45 am to the wrong pharmacy. I called my pharmacy at 2: 00pm & yeah of course they didn't get the fax. I call the doctors office inform them they sent prescription to wrong pharmacy. Then he prescribed something I couldn't even take due to extreme allergies

I love the doctors here, but the process to actually get an appointment is ridiculous. Their phone lines are constantly tied up and you have to call upon arrival and wait in your car whether or not you have an appointment or not. So expect to wait 10-20 minutes in your car on hold just trying to get through to reception. For the walk in, they also don't let you know on the website that after you call upon arrival, you'll be set up for a phone call appointment with a Dr to see if it's even necessary for you to call in. So you arrive, wait 20 minutes on hold, then get told youll be called in another half an hour by a Dr for an interview, and THEN you might get in, all while staying in your car. It's a giant waste of your day and caused me a ton of anxiety about a medical thing I was already nervous about. Just go elsewhere if it's a regular walk in issue and get in and out like I did.
