Talked to Jon today in customer support. He was very friendly and helped me decide what my next camera should be. 10/10 would recommend them.

It's very unfortunate that the staff here has absolutely no idea about anything. It's pretty sad when you want to buy a $5000 camera and want advice on the product you're purchasing but yet, the guys here have no clue on what they are selling you. Perhaps training your employees would be the first priority before throwing them onto the floor or behind the counter.

The gentleman I was dealing with recently only knew how to say " so you buy now" repeatedly.

Next time I will be seeking another camera store or buying on line instead.

I ordered 4x4 photos August 6th and finally received them August 24th. I needed them for August 19th so this should have been plenty of time to spare. Their website states 3-5 days to receive photos and then 7-10 days elsewhere on the website. Either way, within the time frame I needed them. Upon my 3rd time phoning them they told me it could take up to 2.5 weeks for the photos to arrive in store. I expressed my displeasure with 3 different timelines and they stated they would call me when they were in. Their online customer support was just as useless. I will never order photos from here again.

Follow up: I reached out to the email provided below over a week ago and never heard back. So much for making things right!

Would give 0 star but Google won't let me. Bad service. Check the newest reviews and you can see many similar thoughts. Dude it's a camera store, people come here willing to pay hundreds if not thousands. And you hire staff that service even worse than Walmart? Definitely won't come again and won't recommend it to anyone.

Not recommended for passport pictures staff didn’t seem to really know what they were doing.

If you know what you're buying the place is fine. If you need advice or suggestion there is no expertise. No difference between Walmart and Henry's at this time.

Amazing customer service and different varieties available in Brand new as well as used cameras. Highly recommend

Dropped in to inquire about buying a macro lens. Whether it was my braids and beaded clip or just this store's policy, both attendants walked me directly over to the used/pre-owned equipment and began looking through the case. There are a lot of assumptions about Indigenous people inherent in that choice.

Edited to add a response to the manager's comment below: Their reply significantly mis-characterizes the interaction. When I entered the store, the employees who interacted with me didn't ask me anything. I went up to them and said only that I was interested in purchasing a macro lens. They didn't say a word to me, only walked directly over to the used equipment. When I realized it was used, I said, "I would vastly prefer to purchase new equipment". At this point, I had been thoroughly humiliated by their assumptions. They did not know that I wanted a lens promptly until much later in the interaction, *because they didn't talk to me*.

Helpful, informed, and friendly staff. Needed a digital passport picture with a specific resolution for an online application had already been to shoppers, but it didn't work out. Here, they have more options, and you can get the digital option in a more environmentally conscious way so you don't feel guilty about the single use USB.
