Herc Rentals

Unbelievably disappointed with this place. I had reserved a compressor several months ago, and called 2 weeks before to adjust the dates and was confirmed it wouldn't be a problem. 1 day before going to pick up the rental I call again to verify it would be available and they then inform me they don't have one anymore for rental. If i hadn't called again I would've showed up and never been informed of this. I was left calling all over the city to find an alternative and stuck paying significantly more due to this.

Poor experience with staff in public. Was driving a pickup with licence plate CKD 371. On Saturday July 16 he cut me off in a Tim hortons drive thu in bridge water centre while I was waiting my turn to proceed, complete disregard for etiquette and belligerently dismissive when was challenged on it.
