I had a fantastic experience at Heritage Sight Optical! This was my first time getting glasses in a long while and Lorenzo was very friendly, professional, and patient. He booked for an appointment the same week as I contacted them. Another eye doctor came in to do a thorough eye exam, answering any questions I had. Lorenzo then helped me pick out the perfect frames within my budget. I appreciated getting the finished glasses sooner than expected. I also loved getting a personalized e-card for my birthday, just a little pleasant surprise:)

Lorenzo provided great information regarding all the different frames, lens materials, coatings, etc. I have to say in my 40+ years of wearing glasses this is the first time I felt that the optician truly cared if I'd be happy with my purchase. Lorenzo even followed up with a phone call a few weeks later to make sure I was happy, even though it was a complicated prescription! Checked them out online. Asked a question and Lorenzo was there to answer my questions immediately removing any concerns. I had initially. Clean and friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. The Dr.was very patient with me and made me feel valued and heard. Lorenzo even helped me find a set of frames that spoke to me as a person! (my first pair of glasses) If you need glasses or some kind of eye stuff (again never needed eye care like this) then you need to go here! Please like my reviews!
