Came here to have my husband's phone screen. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part needed but guide us to where the other store they have that have them.

Took an iPad in cuz it was glitchy well it’s not glitchy anymore it’s just some parts of the screen don’t work! Waste of $150

I would give 0 stars. I came to fix my phone screen. But when they took it to fix it, they made it worse. They messed up the camera module during the repair and they are pretending that they are innocent about it. I asked for the refund because they were not successful on the given task but they refused it and tried to kick me out.
This place is totally unprofessional unhelpful and full of scam. If you want to donate your phone and deconstruct it, I would happily suggest to visit this store.
Don’t get scammed like I did.

Always a great place to go for repair. My broken Samsung phone become like brand new after repair.

Didn’t end up buying the phone here as they recently sold out, but staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in finding the right product for us!

BUYERS BEWARE
They dont tell you they use aftermarket parts for your repairs. They told me my fingerprint scanner doesn't work anymore because they used an aftermarket screen, and they said that everyone should know that.but i was never told, and i never knew, and im pretty sure they swapped my phone speaker for a cracked one because now the sound coming from my phone is all busted.great price but very sketchy people

I'm not hard to please. They spent enough time trying to sell me a phone long enough to hear, 'No'. Gave me a price and a time frame. Two days wait was a choke, so I checked the guy in Portage Place.where I literally had to interject into a D&D meeting? I'm guessing, going on between the kiosk employee and two teenage nerds in a language I did'nt understand.

These guys are the best option within a kilometre, almost a bill cheaper to fix my phone and I did'nt have to beg them to do it.seriously.just paid them and that was it. Odd. I know. But great, nonetheless.
