Always a blast for the kids. The staff keep the play area very clean - I see staff constantly vacuuming and sanatizing. If your little one is 3 or under you should be prepared to go into the playground with them so dress appropriately. Taking kids here is also a workout for the parent! Last try to avoid the videogame section with your kids if possible - they are very expensive and you earn tickets for junky trinkets. Would recommend setting aside a couple hours to go!

This is a really good facility. They do a great job of keeping it clean and safe. Lots to do for babies, toddlers, and older kids and one of the most affordable indoor activity centres for kids in the city. Really appreciate the selection of on-site food items as it makes it possible to have a semi-nutritious lunch before heading home. Lots of free parking, too! Be mindful that it gets crowded fast, especially on weekends and during the winter. Recommend arriving as early as possible if your kid (s) are very small so they can explore without getting underfoot of the bigger children.

The best indoor children's play area in the city! There are a ton of different obstacles with slides in the centre. Far more enjoyable than the Children's museum. It's $3 for a pair of socks if needed. Try to fuel up your kids at the nearby Costco or McDonald's before spending the better part of the day here!

Perfect place for kids! From toddler to pre teens.parking is no problem. Lots of space for your coats and boots. Once you enter the place, you need to sign a waiver for kids. You will also need your socks on or can buy from them if need be.

Nice and clean washrooms.dining area where you can monitor your kids on the screen, a little convenience store where you can buy drinks, pizza, and other stuff, they also have a drinking fountain. Place is big enough where kids can run around.

A separate place for toddlers and much smaller kids. Spacious with lots of toys that they can play with. There's an arcade, if you want to play, you have to buy it because this is not included in the fees.

You can also book for birthday party, they have rooms where kids can have a celebration in between playing.

I wish I had this experience in my childhood days but still I enjoyed s lot there like am still a kid. Must visit with your kids to forget worries of daily life.

Poor judgement when dealing with bullying and harassment from an older violent child. I’m feeling really disappointed by our most recent experience at Hide n Seek. We have a three year old. A boy at least thirteen or fourteen years old was traumatizing younger children considerably smaller than him. Our three year old came to us in tears and refused to go back in to play: The boy had pulled his hair, pushed him, and dug his fingers into our child’s face and ears. As we went to complain we watched in shock as this same boy ran behind the restaurant counter, grabbed snacks from the display and ran off being chased by staff and his parents. When we talked to staff when they returned we were told that the boy had autism and had been warned. Unfortunately that did nothing. We next watched an even younger child emerge crying. When we spoke to the family, they said the same boy had hit and pulled their two year olds hair and tried to pull down the pants of an older girl. We spoke to staff one more time and were brushed off. The boy was with a large community group and I suspect the establishment didn’t want to offend them but seriously, this is a much older child assaulting kids much smaller and younger than him. We left without complaining a third time but now that we’re home we feel ashamed that we didn’t speak up more strongly. This was bullying. Small kids were made to feel unsafe. A three year old should not have to be afraid of being hit and attacked by a child so much older than them at a play place. The older boy should have been asked to leave before something worse happened. Really disappointed; Hide n Seek.

The worst place for birthday party!

If you stay in the room more than 5 minutes, they will charge you extra 15 minutes. However, they take no responsibilities and give you no extra time for delivering the food for kids 30 minutes late. You could not make a good plan for your kid’s birthday party because they will not let you know there will be a delay for the food. They only tell you at the checking-in moment, which is too late to plan anything. In this way, they give you no choice because everything has been set.

What kind of services they are providing to our kids while charging the expensive price with lack of responsibilities!

Stay away from them if you want to organize a good birthday party for your kid with a peaceful mind.
