I needed crutches for a family member. Not only did Homeequip immediately respond to my request, but before I knew it the crutches were delivered to my front door. Talk about service! This company is incredible!

My experience with HomEquip was impeccable. I recently phoned in needing a Rental Wheelchair and Rental Ramping. Chelsea was very informative and Myron effortlessly and quickly created a quote for me. They were able to install the ramping and deliver the wheelchair quickly, which was very useful for us as we needed it urgently. The Service Team was polite and efficient. I would always recommend HomEquip to anyone. Their service is unbeatable.

A wonderful experience with HomEquip. My mother required the use of a walker for mobility and they had it delivered to my door the very next day. Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service they provided!

Where do I start?

Two gentlemen showed up with equipment for my son Ezra, (a ceiling mounted lift)
They entered our house, removed their foot wear, and went in to analyze the rooms to be worked in.
After they had looked things over, they went for equipment and supplies, and every time they entered the house, they removed footwear, and when they had anything to cut, they did it outside, so to not make a mess inside the house.
After they were done, my wife went to the rooms to clean up, but they had cleaned up everthing to perfection.

It was my first time to return crutches that I rented from them. They called the next day that I got injured to go over the payment and policies. The person who assisted me at the store was very nice and welcoming. I returned and paid for the fees in under 5 mins. I even got a free pen! Overall a great experience. They also had great covid precautions which I appreciated.

My dad had to get a shower chair, the first one purchased unfortunately fell apart but I was able to exchange for a better model. Very kind and helpful people, great customer service and definitely will come back for anything else my father might need in the future.

Homequip did a great job installing a custom chairlift in our home for my mother-in-law. Because we originally had two sets of stairs divided by a landing, we installed two standard lifts as the cheaper, more easily done option. When that didn't work out because of her mobility issues, Homequip removed those, charging just a rental cost for the time they were in the home, and worked diligently on measurements and installation for the custom curved unit. She couldn't be more pleased!

Everything went according to schedule! Home Equip and their collaborating teams run a very efficient system! I highly recommend and will use them again in the future if needed, but hopefully not haha Thank you!

I purchased an electric scooter fom Homeqip and the service was fantastic. I have called since and been there since I purchased the scooter and service has been great and friendly. My favorite place to visit.

I was having a major surgery and had a long recovery. I had a wonderful experience with HomEquip well renting a lift chair. The staff was incredibly helpful well ''sizing'' for the chair. They were very accommodating by having the chair the same day I was into look. The chair worked great and helped me entirely through my recovery. I would highly recommend HomEquip for anything and I will be using them in the future!
