I feel bad with the way the manager talk to other employees. Everytime I go check out I always avoid the manager because she deadass stare at me and her tone of voice is.

Went by today to treat myself to some body jewelry and Meeka was super friendly and helpful. Left with a smile on my face from my purchase and the great customer service. Thanks Meeka.

I go here every now and then to buy band tees and stuff and honestly this might be the best store i've ever been to. The employees are super nice and helpful, the store is always clean and organized so its super easy to find stuff, and they have a nice selection.

I will note that some of their clothes are a little pricey though, so its definitely a good idea to go when they have a sale going on

The clothes are cute, but very expensive. The sizes are also inaccurate. I am a large at any other store but hot topic, for some reason for them I'm a xxl.

That being said the staff are very nice and helpful. It is my go to shop for cute goth/cotagecore clothes. It looks like they are offering Sanrio items now too

I like that I now know about Melody thro this store lol plus I like the nostalgic side of the characters or music on shirts wow

The selection is wonderful and so is the quality. Best of all the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Came in for 10 am and store wasn't open. When she did open the store she aggressively pushed out the signage and roller and didn't look at or acknowledge me. I went in and looked at some t-shirts and went to ask if they had them in a different size. I said "Hi, I was just wondering if you h-" and she cut me off and again, very rudely and with attitude told me that all they have is what's on the floor. She didn't even let me finish and immediately walked into the backroom. So unprofessional and unpleasant and I won't be back. She also kept complaining to a colleague about how she's "over her job" and worked 12 hours yesterday, etc. Which doesn't seem like appropriate conversation for the floor
I get having bad days but this was extreme.

Good place to go for band shirts, some different Funko pops, and some dark alternative fashion. I find they don't have as much variety as the states though.

Have been multiple times in the past and personally haven’t had any bad experiences with the staff there — in fact it’s been quite the opposite and have had almost exclusively pleasant or neutral interactions.

Only issue I have with this location is that it can get quite cramped, especially when busy, and as a result can sometimes be overwhelming to navigate. Other than that, the environment such as lighting and music is perfectly fine in my opinion.
