I have never been treated so rudely by staff in a hotel in my whole life.

I was not acknowledged when I approached the desk. When I spoke to the reception woman and greeted her she was nasty and rude. As I had arrived early I kindly asked if there was a place I could store my luggage, there wasn’t which I was okay with. But how she said it was “why would we bother holding your luggage here. I don’t care your check in at 3pm”. I then said okay well is there a washroom I might be able to use till then which with a nasty attitude she said “no there is no bathroom here for you to use wait till your check in”.

I understand different places have different ways of doing things, however it was the manner, behaviour and body language she was towards me. Nasty and vile.

I would highly recommend staying elsewhere if you want to be treated like a decent human being!

Probably the worst “hotel” ive ever been too, the the lady whos apparently a receptionist has such an attitude and makes me so mad, disgusting furniture, even worse bathroom, i dont even know why we came here, has a weird old smell too i would not recommend you coming here at all! No proper service

This is basically a very run down, ghetto University residence turned into hostel. The construction, bathroom fixtures, walls, doors were exactly like the old dorms at my University. Except there was disgusting greasy furniture in the rooms, with very old blankets with cigarette burns all over them. The room stank of pure cigarette smoke and There was also an old dirty sofa they got off the curbs, jammed in the corner of the room. We immediately left and had to pay for a $400 hotel since all hotels under $300 were all booked for the night.

Lots of scumbags all over. Overpriced. The bar downstairs sucks. Good memories though. Man i miss her.

Rate was cheap, room was spacious and included fridge, microwave, and TV with cable. Beds are large enough to fit 2 people comfortably. Surroundings were quiet. However, the restaurant was closed all the time and the vending machines were out of order. Had to go out to get food and coffee three times a day. Lots of undesirable people coming and going and hanging around outside but the owners and staff try their best to keep this to a minimum. I personally wouldn't go out after dark

See it depends, if you just need a clean, spacious room to sleep with basic necessities at reasonable rates then it's for you.
Staff is very appreciative. Location is superb. Transit in 2 or 5 minutes walk.
UOW 5 minutes walk. Portage place 2 minutes.
Remember it's in downtown. They have good parking space.

Just consider it if you wanna spent a night with tight on budget.

The food was good. Awesome for us as it was a hotel didn't need a credit card bc we only had cash. The room was clean but cold. Great hospitality.

Bed full with smoke burn marks, place is full with drunk people. Be ready for unexpected extra charges on arrival like in 2 Queens bed room only 3 people allow and it's $40 per person Extra in same room kind like own made rules.
Will Never go back.

Do not book here. It is filthy and the breakfast consisted off cereal. Before booking I requested a late check in/out due to travel plans-it was approved but not honored. Rather than pay more we checked out early and booked somewhere else.
