Very disappointed with the service, the ladies at the front desk were so rude and not friendly at all. I will never go to this place ever again!

Really honest & friendly in not al all friendly Manitoba. Unbelievable but true. 1375 MC.phillips street.winnipeg branch.

Made appt online. Called to confirm. Receptionist sounded 90 and said there was no booking. Had to explain twice why calling as she thought I wanted to speak with person who appointment was for and said nobody by that name worked there.
I was only white person there. Appointment was 10 min late and then sat down for 1 minute with prep person who said taxes were done already and pretty much rushed me to go pay for the prep. Was told money owed on acct but to call cra to find out why. Didn’t take time to sit and clarify refund vs money owed. I had to review the paperwork I was given and saw no money owed, just refund.
Felt super unsatisfied and most likely won't go back next year. Left office in a panic worrying about the money owed to cra as that was the takeaway from the experience with a hurry up and go pay now.

Wouldn't offer to use (or print) documents brought in via USB drive, plus added charge of $200 to deal with crypto currency. Went to LibertyTax, they have no added fees for crypto currency plus they're willing to work with USB documents.
Liberty Tax for the win!
And LibertyTax was cheaper!
