I did not know that this place existed but wow was the service quick. Not to mention that the staff members there were friendly and talkative, no waiting awkwardly in silence.

Just can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone here. Seems about right for Manitoba.

Krystle gave me amazing service when I was getting tenant insurance. Super easy interaction and she was so friendly and helpful!

Very knowledgeable. I went there after leaving a different insurance company. The other company made so many mistakes due to lack of knowledge. I left frustrated. Went to HUB who quickly corrected everything.

Went to cancel one insurance and get a new quote on another insurance. We thought we'd be proactive and get a quote a month before our possession date. Long story short, the worker never submitted our claim. We had to constantly reach out them, we were getting tossed around like a hot potato. In the end we didn't get a quote until 40 days after we went, a week after we
already took possession. Instead, they just changed our existing insurance. Which ended up being $800 more annually then the new quote we got with another company.

It was a Sunday. There was a very long line up but it went very quickly and Harjot did a great job. Very happy with the very friendly and quick service. Thank you Harjot.

Renewed my license here, it was fast service in less than 10 mins then boom done lol.i highly recommend it.

Trisha T was very courteous and helpful with my travel insurance. Has also been very knowledgeable previously regarding home insurance. The world needs more of Trisha’s style of customer service.

Had a horrible experience when i had to go here on a Sunday as it is the only broker open, the lady behind the desk had no idea what she was doing and I actually had to walk her through the steps, proceeded to sit and wait for 45 minutes to do something that usually takes 2 minutes at my usual broker. I do not recommend

One of the only insurance places open Sundays, which is great. However there were only two people working, and quite a bit of a line up.the staff were quite busy, but remained pleasant and got me through transferring my insurance quickly.

My partner and I have lately been to numerous insurance offices dealing with licensing issues as well buying and selling vehicles. We've really only experienced unhelpful and frankly rude staff members until we went into the HUB at Kildonan Place and visited Krystle. She was hilarious and made our experience enjoyable that even following the next day discussing how we only plan on visiting her for any insurance needs.

Thank you Krystle for being the only thing yesterday that made us believe in humanity. You're amazing at your job, efficient and a joy to be around.

Terrible service, stuff don't know what they are doing. Have name misspelled for 5 years on my parents policy, even tho I called every single year to correct it and add updates. Noone ever gives me a call back, noone ever will review your policy for better rates. Don't waste your time go to different brokerage who will take care of your policy

I have been a customer of HUB for my insurance needs for a few years now. When my home insurance was due up for renewal, I knew I had to talk to a pro. Ameer Kashmiri was able to show me multiple quotes that matched my needs and wants, and managed to get me the price I was looking for, while still maintaining my needs. I couldn't recommend HUB KP any higher. Professional, cares about your needs not about how big of a sale they can make. My family has moved their insurance business car and home because of the level of service.

I had the best experience with Trisha she is so kind/polite welcoming and knowledgeable she can answer any questions you throw at her.

Very friendly and makes you sit there happy and leave with a smile.

Horrible service. Why you hire people that don’t want to work there. They are rude, I felt discriminated. I came with a Subaru dealer associated. The guy don’t even let us speak.

Went here to request a drivers abstract and the staff was friendly but seemed to know minimal information regarding their job. It’s nearly been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my drivers abstract and they do not seem to take my concerns seriously. Every staff I’ve talked to has told me different information which makes it even more frustrating.

Went to arrange a transfer of documents/registration. I got a complete list of three necessities, which was helpful.

They are opened till 9PM which is great. But, the employees need to concentrate on their own clients to speed up the process rather than assisting each other, I mean there is nothing wrong in assisting your peer but when it's closing time and the line keeps on increasing its a better thing.

Go to insurance place.staff is friendly and open longer if you can't get there within normal 9-5 office hours

Always takes forever.should have a number system.never no when it's your turn.employees are great.

The girl working behind the desk seemed to know nothing about her job, we had to watch 2 people storm out cause of her and she didnt seem to know even the simplest things. Theres no way to tell what spot you are in line and the people that work here dont seem to be working as fast as they can.

They are usually pretty good as I do my car insurance through them. However I went in to apply for tenants insurance and I still haven’t heard back a week later. Unsure if I will go back. They seem understaffed and incompetent.

I went to KP mall HUB location for home insurance quote and they got all the information needed, I am still waiting on the quote after 7 business days, I went there again yesterday and the guy on the desk told me he doesn’t have my quote ready and he was not sorry or was not having any other explanation and told me the lady supposed to work on my quote has not done anything. I found this location has unprofessional approach to the customers and it was complete west of time and energy visiting this HUB location.

Always excellent service. Adam you are a real professional person who gets things straight and looks out for the clients best interests. So I highly recommend this broker

Went here today, my only day off so i could renew my insurance and licence. Sign says they open at 12.there was nobody in the store.if you guys were going to be closed. Change your sign, change your website. Or withdraw from kildonan place so a more reliable insurance company can take your place.

So had some issues at another broker and went here to be told something completely different but was also not correct and had to have mpi them self go and fix the issues they did on my account.
I've been here more then once though and the other times have been great so I'll leave it with 3 stars.
