So far so good, I don't really think I've had an unpleasant experience, except for my first visit where lack of clear answer from a staff made my wife and I repeat a visit we should have.

That said, they staff a friendly and do well to inform or educate you on product offerings. It's a free and conducive atmosphere at the HUB as regent.

Worst service ever. I went there today to reinstate my drivers license after it was suspended due to missed license payment, the lady at the end told me because of strike, she can't process my request and I have to come back tmrw (i don't know what was gonna be different the next day). Went to WESTLAND INSURANCE and got it done in 10 mins.

Marianthi provided outstanding service to us this week. She stayed overtime to assist with transactions that required her credentials as a commissioner of oaths. She was expert, friendly and kind. Thank you Marianthi and HUB!

I visited the Grant park HUB location to get car insurance first time in Canada as a newcomer. Marianthe Nicolaou-Manolakis served me and was very kind, elaborate and overall helpful. Marianthe speaks the Greek language fluently, and she was willing to explain to me in Greek if I had difficulty understanding how car insurance works here. I chose that HUB location for my home insurance too, and Marianthe was super helpful again with the correct information and guided me on who to reach out.

I had a great experience with Marianthe, she was above and beyond to help us with our car insurance. I always go to MPI in Grand Park because Marianthe is so detailed and helpful with all of my questions. Highly recommended!
