I went here to register my vehicle. We were served immediately and Bart welcomed and greeted us. He was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Good service. This is one of the Autopac which opens on Weekends.
I will highly recommend in Portage West area to use this particular Autopac.

Worst service ever the advisor had attitude and was very impatient also made me pay $222 on policy just to wait for a cheque from mpi for $218 for changes made on said policy. Absolute joke. Would not recommend anyone to this location! When I called to question said transaction no one will answer the phone yet it was a ghost town when I was in the establishment.

I needed house insurance and hit the jackpot when I walked into the Unicity HUB. Trisha was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She walked me through the process, answered my questions, and explained the benefits of various options. She is exceptional

It's really great there's a place open on Sundays for insurance! I often only have a Sunday off, and without HUB I couldn't get my autopac done easily.

I have been dealing all of my insurance needs with this location for quite a while now, and for good reason.
Staff is always friendly, fast and efficient with their service.
I have gone out of my way to travel to this location, while another would have been more convient, geographically speaking, for these reasons.
I, 100%, recommend this business.

Last minute stop here on a Saturday afternoon to get travel health insurance. My wife and I were greeted immediately upon entering the building. The sales associate was very polite. Within minutes we were done. They had what we were looking for. It was reasonably priced. Now we have piece of mind for our coming trip.
The facility is small. Every desk was occupied with employees and clients.
It feels awkward giving out personal information audibly due to the fact that space is tight.

We visited this location to purchase travel medical insurance. We were served immediately and they had the product we needed for a reasonable price. However, the office is very small and the service desks are so close together it is noisy and can be hard to hear. When you're sharing personal information - address, birthdate, phone number - it's not ideal to be so close to other clients. In the end we were mostly satisfied with the friendly staff and service.

The staff are friendly, that’s not the problem. The problem is the fact that they never answer the phone. If I have a question that I don’t want to have to drive out just to get answered, there needs to be someone receiving calls.it’s such a hassle to get out here when i’m not sure if i can even get what i need done and there’s not enough people working for me to quickly ask. Now i’m waiting for 30-60 minutes to get in to speak with someone just to be told i can’t do what i need to get done here.

Only one staff member was working the evening shift so there was a slight backlog of people. Staff members were very knowledgeable and efficient.

Thank you Casey for your fabulous service and explaining Manitoba’s insurance structure and everything else relatable. You were prompt with your service. Super friendly, full of patience and very knowledgeable with everything.

Tried calling for two days and couldn’t get ahold of anyone, left messages and everything.

It took one of their agents over an hour to deal with 1 simple autopac insurance procedure
I’ve never seen such slow, sloppy and inexperienced workers attempt to provide insurance to the public
After 1.5 hours and watching half a dozen people left, I left as well.
Hub should really hire & train more useful employees
