While this store offers a vast array of products, the men's section feels disappointingly limited. The clothing selection is particularly sparse, with fewer options compared to other departments. Despite the store's size, finding trendy or diverse styles for men proves challenging. However, the overall atmosphere and customer service contribute positively, making it worthwhile for other shopping needs, albeit with a caveat for men's fashion enthusiasts.

Always a treat to go to their make up counters and shoe sections. Lots of staff available to help you

Nice store. Very Expensive and out of touch with the latest trends. İ felt their clients are mostly retired. İt makes sence since they have the financial ability, but they won't be around forever. The store was very quiet.
I'm in my 50's and felt like I was back in 1980's Toronto. The same model doesn't work in every city. Different economy. Different climate. Different customers. Kinda sad they are so out of touch with the people. İ did a lot of shopping this trip. None of it was at the Bay.

Very good Shopping experience. The management is trying to improve it. More affordable products without compromise on quality. I hope they will focus on this important point.

No complaints

We tried to purchase and item starting at 8: 20pm. Store closes at 9pm. We were told by 2 different cashiers that they were closed and needed to go somewhere else to pay. Finally found an open cashier who had a customer securing a price discrepancy. Went to another cashier and were told closed. Went to another cashier and had another customer arguing a price discrepancy. Reminded me why I’ve stopped shopping here. Took us 30 mins to spend our hard earned money. Really sad.

Some discounts don't apply, but they only tell you until you're at the checkout line.

This post reflects more on layout rather than product. I walk around that store and could have lap it twice thinking I was in a different part of it.

Have always had good customer experiences and their refund policy is solid! So much variety for many types of budgets, especially because they quite often have fantastic sales/discounts going on, in-store and online.

The bay really has gone downhill. Especially since their prices are still pretty high. Going in there is like going into a huge second hand store, just messy racks of clothes everywhere. Still, if you have the time to sort through it all, you might find some good things.

Not impressed. Looking for some boots. One person working the area. I asked if the had the size I was looking for. They had the size but the product didn’t fit (Not their fault). I asked if they had any other brands similar. They did not. Very Poor selection.

The quintessential Canadian department store is.just okay as a shopping experience. Their women's apparel section was a bit bizarre, with a lot of clothes I can't imagine anyone ever wearing. At no point did any staff try to assist or interact with me. Prices are still okay, as long as you seek out the items on sale.

A woman named Sandra gave me the excdptional customer service in the mens accessories yesterday. In this day & age it is difficult to find someone with this high level of customer service skill. Fast friendly, she showed me a variety of options for exactly what I needed.

We are very disappointed in the Bay, mostly in its customer service, ie a clerk to ask questions or look for stock and check out. I have been trying to buy a well named brand, ie Jockey mens undershirt for the longest time. Yesterday there was one peace of my size and I was looking for 6 pcs. A very small sku in the big scheme of things but if they can’t deliver on the easy stuff I will just go elsewhere.

Clean and tidy store. Always have to wait in line at the cash registers for a very long time as the staff who are tending to them are also working on the floor so that is somewhat annoying if you're in a rush.

Got fooled again by their misleading sales signage. If the item isn't on sale, don't put a big sale sign right by it. If there are exceptions to the sale, spell them out and don't wait till a customer gets to the cash. UPDATE: A manager got in touch with me and honored the sale advertisement. She said if there is a dispute at the cash register, ask for a manager.

Might be a decent store if you can find a competent employee working there or even an employee that's willing to give you a hand without having to chase them down

Went there yesterday to buy perfume. Margarita was so helpful and amazing, really appreciate her customer service and behaviour. Will surely visit again

It's got a good variety of good branded products but I wonder how the business survives every day as the expense is bigger than the revenue.
