After years of dreaming I made my first luxury watch purchase from IJL. Unfortunately after a few days the watch was not performing as it should. I returned to the store and explained the issues I was having. They took me seriously and monitored it. A day later I got a call and was given the choice to have mine repaired or wait for a new one. I chose to have a new one ordered. The new watch came a few days later, it works just as it should. Thank you Rebecca and the rest of the team at IJL for the great service. I intend to be back again.

IJL has a great website and unlike most jewellers, their watch inventory was online. I live in Calgary. I located a hard to find Tudor watch on their site. I called and Jonathan helped me through the process. Watch was delivered overnight. It was a great experience and better customer service than I’ve experienced buying in person. Great communication and follow up and some nice IJL swag as an unexpected gift. They made it easy.

My experience with IJL has been nothing but excellent. As I began collecting a few special watches, IJL has been at the centre of making this a wonderful experience for me. I highly recommend IJL to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and customer-centered experience in purchasing watches in Canada.

My fiancé bought me a Tissot watch and it was slightly defective. Sunny from IJL was so kind in getting it replaced extremely quickly and even threw in a lovely present for the trouble. The store has a great selection of luxury accessories and staff well fitting of a luxury retailer; always exceedingly accommodating.

It started with an online inquiry after hours that resulted in an amazing professional had enjoyable experience in ordering a new watch. Sunny was so pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable and able to answer any of my questions, and made the purchase experience through the Covid-19 lockdown seamless. I had a 10/10 experience. I dealt with Jeff, and he was very prompt in his response and gave very helpful and clear advice for questions on my first purchase. I felt at home when talking with the staff and did not feel rushed and you could tell they want the best experience for their customers.

Amazing over all Experience! It was a bit of a wait however made the pick up even more sweeter. Dealt with Sunni for my first Rolex and from
Start to finish was nothing but eases. She answered all my questions and was really patient. I've inquired personally at other Rolex Ad's and they did not take the time or reasoning on the waiting time, compared to IJL. Arlen, who helped and answered all our inquiries about wedding bands, ring sizing, price and many more was very knowledgeable. She knows her craft very well and explain jewelry terminologies in layman’s term that even dummies could easily understand! She was really awesome and she made us feel welcomed right away! Great experience. We went in search of a 25th anniversary diamond ring. Rachel was amazing through the entire process, from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and creative, really thought outside the box in helping us achieve our goals. We left with a beautiful custom designed diamond ring all within the time line allowing us to have the ring for our anniversary. We would highly recommend Rachael if you are looking to purchase a diamond ring!

Truly amazing service.
We had ordered a couple Rolex's pre-covid and because of the world wide shut down, they were delayed. Jonathan provided us with information and continued to keep us up to date on the shipping progress.
He even went out of his way to make sure that we received them before our graduation party. We highly recommend dealing with Jonathan when inquiring about or purchasing a luxury watch. He produces results and really knows his stuff.

Sunny is a very professional and enthusiastic sales associate. She is very patient with customers, and often gives me a happy feeling. From start to finish, she was willing to give me some constructive suggestions on various watch styles. At the same time, she can also give me a detailed explanation of the various functions of the watches. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Sunny was an amazing help! She helped my fiance pick the most perfect ring and she was so helpful with minor resizing and adjustments! I took a ring into IJL to have it sized to fit me. They called me about 3 days later and told me it was ready for pick up. It was so beautifully done. They had to take it down from a size 11.5 to a size 5. I was so happy with the work done. They even cleaned it and made it sparkle. I love the ring and I thank them for doing such a great job.and at a reasonable price!
