Straight up irritating trying to shop here… when they out of something they won’t order it or let you reserve it. One guy said just come back in Friday…. Friday came and I went in, but they didn’t have… next guy said I’d get a notification Monday when their truck arrives… by fricken email and didn’t check it came and went Saturday morning I hate this place and their horse meat kitchen….

Joined Ikea friends and family to use the discount offer. And being treated like an unwelcome friend/family! Cannot place order to utilize the coupon. The chat person told me that it would work on laptop after trying two smart phones and a tablet. Well, here I still unable to use the coupon which expires on Wednesday. Unfortunately I can't submit a review without a star so just to be clear, this experience has been ZERO STARS!

I love IKEA, they have amazing products. The only problem is that they are currently experiencing supply chain issues.

What a huge place and restaurant! Please ensure you have sufficient time to shop around. An hour is the minimum.

Excellent way to end a relationship. If you’re sick of the one you’re with, pick up some ikea disposable furniture and assemble it with your partner. Guaranteed to make you hate each other so much that there will be no rebound. You’ll both know you’re better off alone. - She can keep the dresser. After all, they fall apart when you move them.

If you just want to spend 2 hours time go there and roam around! A great place for furnitures, home appliances and decorative products. I have not tried their food, although it’s great everyone says. Compared to market lots of quality products in cheaper deal here.

Awesome place to buy everything you need for home, office, backyard, etc with great prices. 4 stars only because sometimes there is a shortage of the ones you went there for and takes a while before they have them again and the dining area on the main floor is still closed so you had to go back to your car to eat, a bit inconvenient for the whole family.

I used to live in Toronto so IKEA isn't a new concept for me. I loved IKEA there and I still love here.

Be careful when walking towards entrance, today was long snowstorm so there is a layer of very slippery snow. Overall experience is great

I find the product was looking for but only problem at ikea is nobody help you when you're carrying heavy item. Ask the person in deptment he said ask the cashier for carry out. Person who was managing line at self checkout I asked him need help to need help with heavy item he said he can help me. But when I paid my item he just walked away. So I left the store and waited 5 minutes until I got helped from another customer not from store associate. Like the store but associates not nice it all.

Ikea is always good place to pick ip office supplies, but morr recently too many items are sold out!

This has been the worse experience. To the start I ordered a sectional in person, figuring if I went in person there would be less chance of error transaction went great set up a delivery thought everything was going great. Boy was I wrong they sent me fold out couch not even close to what I ordered phoned them immediately and was informed of their mistake and was told unfortunately the mistake was made because they were out of stock of the requested item, so instead of informing me or asking they delivered the fold out couch. I informed them I wanted this couch removed and would be willing to wait for the sectional to be ordered they said absolutely we would be informed in a couple of weeks when the sectional had arrived and they would arrange pick up of the wrong item and the drop off of the new item, well that email came today went to the ikea store once again in person to try and rectify this with management, when I got there the management informs me that I have once again been completely misinformed and they don't do their returns like that if we want to do a return they'll need to come get the original product then refund me of the original purchase and then the new purchase would have to be made. I have also been informed that just because I got an email saying my sectional was in it might not actually be in.

All in all I would not suggest buying anything from these guys as management doesn't talk with customers service and management will not do anything to help. To sum it up its been a month I am here sitting looking at this fold out couch I don't want and stuck fighting with oblivious management who should be terminated along with the staff that made these mistakes in the first place.

IKEA is always a fun place to go! Massive warehouse with lots of displays. The store is designed in a way where you easily walk through all the sections. The food stations weren’t open which was a bit disappointing

Very helpful staff but they were out of stock on a few major things so I had to keep going back. I loved the plant balls in the frozen food section

A terrible man, a store worker, chased me all the time, apparently following the rules of covid 19. I could not think about buying, I saw his eyes everywhere. I felt like I was in prison.

Who doesn't love Ikea! Well I do wish they get more artistic stuff that is slightly more affordable. Also did you know about the frozen yogurt that you get at Bistro post your billing? ITS THE BEST FROZEN YOGURT I HAVE HAD and it only costs a dollar! Definitely going back for the frozen yogurt.

So easy to order online and the wait at the curbside pickup was only a few minutes. Staff were efficient and friendly, and willing to help load

Covid compliance is a joke here. I’m not surprised they keep getting fined due to not following heath orders. Groups constantly come in to shop together which just makes the line up longer than it should be. I saw zero enforcement and plenty Covid wackos.

The customer service has deteriorated.

Staff is abusive, threatening, the management clearly supports these changes making nonsensical excuses for the staff behaviours.

What used to be the zenith of positive shopping experiences has turned into a pure rubbish.

Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

Love the store the restaurant and the philosophy behind the outfit.

Witnessed staff not following covid protocol today, letting groups of 2 in the store. Inconsistent as well, allowing some groups and rejecting others.

As frustrating as it is to wait for cabinets to come in, I have to say the appointment making for returns returns is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful taking the time to check on your orders and making it stress free also the kitchen planning staff have been great as well Erin has been especially helpful and makes suggestions to change things to accommodate for in stock merch

Case # 22706573 I purchased several items $1789.95 worth, this is the first time I have ever purchased from them. Two of the items broke just before the 365 days warranty period. At that time I was dealing with my brother's motorcycle accident and cancer diagnosis appointments etc.as he lives out of Winnipeg. I had chatted on line several and explained to them that due to the circumstance I was not able to deal with this due to my brother's illness and they said there was no problem and IKEA would honor the 365 days warranty. Also the pandemic happened and the store here was closed. I then wrote them a letter explaining the situation, never heard a word from them until April 30,2021 over a year from when I first contacted them. The person I dealt with was very understanding and said that they would cover the reimbursement or replacement of the items. I sent him pictures and also explained to him that the day bed was put in the garbage as I could not store it anymore but the wardrobe door needed to be fixed. Everything was fine until he called the store here in Winnipeg and I was denied any replacement, repair items or compensation for the items that should have been covered. It is not my fault that my brother had cancer and died or that the pandemic happened. I sent them an email the next day to clarify a few things and called them to see if someone would reply as I had put the case number now 17 days later and no call or response. The person I dealt with on the phone had said I would get a 100 IKEA gift card and that has not even shown up.

I placed an online order and they did not deliver it on time. They do not even contact customer about delays from their side. In my life, I have never seen such worst level customer service. I called 3 times to customer service and they say your order will be deliver in 48 hours and today it has been 120 hours.

This is not a review based on who works there but more of a review for their in store systems and online customer service.

My wife and I did a full kitchen renovation and used Ikea cabinets. Most items were in stock but the ones that were not took MONTHS to come in. Not only that, I was never notified but one of our main large cabinet pieces became discontinued and they never told us! It never came back in stock so we tried dealing with the Ikeas in other provinces to see if they can be shipped to us since that was the last pieces we needed.

Unfortunately they are not helpful AT ALL in doing this and they all keep saying their system does not allow for anything like that. So we had to make-shift some other option for our large pantry cabinet because of the fact they cant ship store to store. They also would not allow shipping from other provinces to our home?

When I have dealt with in-store reps, it has always been fine and they do what they can. Their systems in store are EXTREMELY slow when you are dealing with large orders so trips for returns and pickups always took a very long time!

Normally I'm happy with Ikea; this last trip, not so much. First I stopped to ask a worker where I could find something and she said "Maybe kitchen" so I asked if she could help me find it but was told "I'm busy with something else" and she walked away. Granted, she did look like she was shopping for a curbside pick up order, as did most staff I encountered. Either have staff on the floor who CAN help customers or take a moment to help someone! Then at the checkout.there was no sanitizing between customers. No attempt to clean touched surfaces nothing.given the situation it wasn't very impressive. Good to know I'm much safer at the hairdresser! Oh right, I bought a box/bin which apparently was supposed to have a lid; I didn't need a lid so I didn't grab a lid. She told me I MUST have the lid or she couldn't sell it to me! Really, your forcing me to take something I don't need, just to put it into the landfill! Again.totally not impressed with this last visit.

I WAS DISSAPOINTED BECAUSE ITS HARD TO EVEN GET TO THE FRONT DOORS TO WALK IN AND SHOP! THE LINEUP IS A MILE LONG EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK! GOT TO BUNDLE UP OR U WILL FREEZE? ! BEFORE U GET TO THE DOORS!

Ikea kept my mom in the parking lot 3 hours waiting for my click and collect, then the store closed. I was offered a $15 coupon to make up for it, which pfft, and anyway who am I gonna send to pick up an order for me after that experience?

Every piece of furniture that I have purchased from Ikea, has come with deficiencies. Paint chip, after paint chip, after paint chip. You need some new paint guys!

Great place to get inexpensive and useful furnishings. I do wish people would leave their toddlers in baby carriages at home. It is winter and you have to stand in line.

I don’t recommend using Click and Collect unless you bring someone who can help you load it. Silly me thinking that like every other store who has curbside pickup the staff would be loading these super heavy items into your vehicle

Why does the website not work? Have tried multiple browsers as well as creating a shopping list instead of adding directly to the cart. I really wanted to order quite a few items but apparently this is not going to happen.

I Ordered a product on line.paid for shipping.they sent the right product.wrong colour!
I phone customer service.they said there’s nothing They can do about it! And told me can’t I just live with the colour they sent!
Then I phone again and get someone else.this time he apologized and said we’ll pick it up for you and bring back the right one. Nice I thanked him!
It took them over a week to pick it up.gave me a drop off date.waiting another two weeks. I would have picked it up myself, but my car is too small. Anyway,
My item is still on the dock waiting to be picked up by some unknown courier. Past the estimated drop off date. Wow! Still waiting for my frickin product! Wow! Really IKEA? !

Large selections and reasonably priced. Displays are great for helping you to visualize your ideas. Even on busy days checking is fast.

They need more staff for smaland. Even when first opened they had 1 person working and could only take a couple people. The wait list was hours long. What's the point?

The store was clean and the food was good though. Checkouts were quick too.

Great for all your house hold needs.a bit of a maze but lots of fun to take a trip to get inspired if planning a home renovation

Took me a while to find the product I was looking for, staff was friendly and helpful but it took 15 minutes to find someone who wasnt already busy.

Love Ikea, this store especially, with kids we love the fact they clearly mark the short cuts as we try to escape to the cash with crying kids quickly.

The usual prompt and efficient service. At one time I thought I was finished shopping but then I realized I needed something I didn't know I needed. IKEA you are such a part of me it is amazing. ;)

Now to go home and find my tools to build the dresser.

Difficult to navigate great stuff unless you are moving. (pack it good, worked at moving company and its very hard to keep in one piece)

IKEA is one of those weird stores where you can lose a lot of time and never be exactly sure where it went.

While I am not a big fan of IKEA furniture, the price point borders on excellent. It is sturdy enough to serve its purpose but not hardy enough to really survive a move once set up. It is not the most comfortable furniture in my opinion either, so I would not buy a couch here but a book shelf or display case? Definitely.

I just bought 2 decent book cases for $55 a piece. They look good and weren't too difficult to assemble. A very similar, if slightly sturdier book case at Urban Barn I looked at earlier in the day was almost $150 for just one.

I would warn others away from the cafeteria, however. I ordered Butter Chicken while there and the chicken was somehow undercooked while the rice was overcooked and dried out to the point it snapped like raw pasta in my mouth.

Bad food aside, it can be fun to browse the store and get decorating ideas. Affordable but still stylish furniture is definitely their strong suite. If you do walk the maze, make sure you don't have any pressing appointments after.

It is always amazing to visit IKEA! The store has got almost everything you need. The management n crew is wonderful. They are always ready to help you. Lots of things in our house came from IKEA. The Kids love the frozen yogurt in cone and pizza on the ground floor, so they never say no to visit there. The restaurant is also nice when you want something to eat while shopping.

Love IKEA in Winnipeg. Life just wouldn’t be the same without it. Great place to go to get affordable furniture. Sometimes the stuff doesn’t last as long as I would like, or needs to be treated carefully so that it doesn’t break. I find it’s good to go for their solid wood options when purchasing furniture. Great place for linens, kitchen stuff, seasonal decor, picture frames, and I always love to check out their as is discounted section. The number of times I found an amazing deal there and come home feeling so stoked about it. Also this place serves a decent breakfast for $2.50 every day until 11 AM. It’s so great to go for Brekky with a pal and enjoy some coffee before a wander through the store.

The cafeteria food used to be satisfactory.
Ate there today, it was awful not worth the 20 something dollars we spent there for the family to eat.

I know people who love Ikea, but for me, it's too large, and I get lost easily.prices I don't find that great, but it is clean.

I love shopping at this location it’s about being in the right environment while you make your purchases. Being able to ask service staff for help is essential when going through a busy day.
