Images Dental Centre

I've been attending Images Dental for several years now, but my last visit was especially positive & memorable. I was under the care of Dr. Emily Sheehan & Hygienists Anna and Melak. Each one of them made me feel at ease and comfortable considering it had been a while since my last visit.

Anna had taken before/after pictures to demonstrate the purpose behind the work they do, and used it as an educational tool to teach me how to better care for my teeth.

Melak saw me for my second visit and she was also so great at explaining the process to me, educating me and giving me sound advice on what measures I can take at home and which products to use that would work best for my situation!

Dr. Sheehan had only met me that day and yet her warm, sincere approach was very reassuring. All three of these professionals were so kind and gentle to me. I took notice of how they didn't want to lecture me. They went above and beyond to teach me and encourage me! It was extremely refreshing and so appreciated.

Each staff member I have interacted with was humble and welcoming. No one made me feel pushed into anything or overlooked. I was nervous and wanted to use my headphones during a procedure and the dental assistant - who I sadly didn't get the name of - assisting Dr. Sheehan was so accommodating and constantly checking on me.

Very impressive and exceptional service. This was my very first visit and I must say that the service I received over exceeded my expectations. The facility is spectacular, very modern furniture and equipment. The customer service and dental treatment was excellent. I would highly recommend Images Dental Centre. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Benga is an amazing dentist, the best I've ever had. He's very professional and always makes sure that the patient is comfortable. All around friendly guy and great dentist who really seems to genuinely care about his patients.

I have had two appointments with Aaron and have never had a more thorough treatment. He is very knowledgeable and explains every procedure he performs. I can’t recommend him more highly.
My husband is equally pleased with Aaron’s services having been to see him twice now as well.

Great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Aaron was my dental hygienist today and I cannot rave about him enough! He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely very kind. Aaron talked me through everything he was going to do prior to performing each step of the treatment. He took extra caution to the areas I identified as being sensitive and checked in multiple times to ensure I wasn’t experiencing sensitivity and I was comfortable. He took the time to answer my multiple questions with evidence based knowledge. Aaron wrote down all the recommendations the dentist made for me within me asking! Aaron went above and beyond and even printed off information for me to take home. I had a great experience because of Aaron; I highly recommend booking your next cleaning with him!

Dr Shulakewych and his team (especially Orlana!) are amazing at what they do. I have gotten composite bonding for aesthetic purposes 6 years ago done by Dr. S and still get compliments on them every week! Recently a piece broke off (for the first time) in my sleep somehow and Dr. S was quick to take me in and repair it. Thank you so much!

Dr. Giwa is amazing. She is gentle, patient and kind. I've referred many people here because of her.

I’m a satisfied regular patient for more than 10 years now. I had a good experience with one of their hygenist named Ana last May 13th 2023 she is very thorough, professional, welcoming about explaining oral care, very gentle and always check on me while doing my teeth cleaning. I’m looking forward for my next appointment. This clinic is a highly recommended with all your oral care services.

I had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, I was very worried that I was going to have to have my teeth removed. Dr Giwa was able to do 2 fillings and make sure that I didn't have to have any teeth removed. She made me feel very comfortable and the fillings she did, I can't even tell there are fillings there. The accounts manager Charlene was very helpful and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Images Dental to anybody that I am talking to.

Love this place! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Just had a filling done and it was the most easy and pleasant experience I have ever had. Super efficient!

I have been going to Images Dental for 10+ years and cannot give enough praise for Dr. Z and his entire team! So kind, caring, knowledgeable and I just literally feel very cared for when I go there. I even moved to the other side of the city two years ago but refuse to go to any other dentist. They are truly tye best!

Dr Zdan Shulakewych. He is caring, explains everything clearly will not do work that is not needed and is a kind man. Many bad jokes but always makes you feel welcomed and makes it an amazing experience. I am not as fearful as I was and I truly believe it’s because of this place and it’s employees. Kindness goes so far in my book and this place is full of it. If you choose to go anywhere, please choose this place. And this dentist. You will not regret it. Thank you Images for being so amazing.

Was hesitant to change dentists after being with the same one for my whole life, but Images Dental Centre was great. They took care to ask lots of questions, and make sure I was comfortable/not nervous. Great experience all in all.

I have been visiting this clinic for 10+ years and would not go anywhere else. The Dental Hygienists and Dentists here are incredible. Super kind, efficient and gentle. The offices are bright, clean and very private.

So impressed with my results today! Orlana took care of my service and she was exceptional! She took such care to make sure that my teeth would be perfect. I'm so happy with everything!
