I have been seeing different massage therapists for the last 13 years in both Winnipeg and Southern Ontario, and hands down without a doubt In Good Hands has consistently been the best massage therapy I have ever found. The massage therapists there know how to work deep tissue in a way that no one else can and it makes such a big difference in my body. I have been disappointed so many times by other places who claim to have massage therapists who work deep tissue but lack the technique and adequate pressure. I sincerely believe that Tammy has got to be the best massage therapist in Winnipeg.

Great service, had a deep tissue massage here with Russ and he was very helpful in addressing my issues and any questions I had. I will definitely be returning here for future massage services when I need them.

Russ was amazing! One strong gent. Walked out with goose bumps. He dug in deep and got the knots out. I know I will sleep well tonight! I happened to be a chatter bug on this my first visit. Great conversation and laughs at no extra charge.

Really loved Tamara. She did not go easy on me, and while it was painful, it was what my pregnant body needed, I walked out of there with ZERO sciatica pain, feeling amazing! I have never had a masseuse do that before. I've had massages in several countries, I was very impressed.

Relaxing environment with professional and polite therapists whom actually care about the root cause of your pain, medical history, etc.rather than just trying to "put a band aid" over it. In Good Hands has been my go-to business for massage a few years now. It has provided the best results I've ever had from a therapy perspective. I would also like to note their professionalism during Covid. They have taken the well-being of their patients more seriously than any business I have interacted with during this pandemic. Massage therapist discusses and offers suggestions to help overcome ailments. They are well informed. The rooms are comfortable and relaxing. My body feels loose and flexible when I leave.
