Interior Touches

Bought some Benjamin Moore paint today. First time to buy there, but I did not have any bad experience. Reasonable price and good service.

I had the same experience as many other reviewers.

We had dealt with them various times in the past, with some great staff members that have since left.

We had a problem with a defective item that was installed. I thought the exchange would be easy, which it was not. I was put in touch with the owner Joanne who was immediately argumentative and rude.
She accused me of damaging it, stating they had inspected it, which they had not. I sent her the email chain from her sales rep acknowledging the defect, but she still blamed me. Eventually she agreed to get a replacement if I uninstalled the item myself, brought it in, waited for the replacement to arrive, and reinstalled myself (a $400 quote from an electrician)

Needless to say, that was our last transaction here.

I noticed below that she (Joanne Park) gave herself a 5 Star review. At least she found someone who enjoyed dealing with her.

I was just looking for paint colour suggestions. Staff were extremely helpful without being pushy. Nice furniture to!

Amazing ideas from the staff! Very professional indeed. I feel very happy with the results. Highly recommended for any design project.

I made the mistake of giving the owner my budget. She installed the most dated, heavy and ugly blinds. I trusted her to help me choose blinds for my new home. I believed she was connected to one of my close friends. Big mistake. I feel ripped off.

If I could give a rating in the negatives, I would do that.
Joanne is a terrible person to deal with. Bad service in all ways imaginable. She did the horrible job with our curtains and never accepted the problem, instead she would argue. She doesn't have ethics, rude to the customers. We paid huge amount and regret going there, I wish someone should have warned us before going there. Don't waste your money, never go to Interior Touches.

Be wary. Yes they sell quality but will upsell big time. My son went over with a paint sample and room dimensions. He should have come out with a pint of paint. He comes home with a gallon to do one coat on a ten foot by 7 foot wall. He's a teenager, I would expect the salesperson to ask questions and help get the best value.

I experienced not good customer service when visiting the store. Nice inventory but unfortunately will not be going back.

Great store. They have everything you need for your design projects.
