First time ordering since it relocated, don't know if the owners are the same but food is definitely a downgrade! I ordered Lamb Rogan Josh and was very disappointed! I wanted tge spice level mild and the sauce tasted like water and it looked like one also, except brown! There were four pieces of meat and rest was just fat trimming and bones! Their fish pakora was tasteless and plain batter! Guy on the phone was very friendly and nice!

Food taste is excellent and love the interior of the cuisine. The server is very helpful and very kind. I would love to go over and over again even though there are lots of options in Winnipeg.

Visited this restaurant on Friday for a lunch buffet. The food was average but there were plenty of options to choose from. They had 3-4 appetizers, 5-6 Curries, 5-6 Salad options and 2 desserts. The price was $17.99 per person and Naan breads are included in the price, which was great. You just have to pay for the drinks which is same everywhere. The service was great and ambience was nice. Highly recommended if you want to go for an Indian Buffet in Winnipeg.

My friends and I had a thoroughly enjoyable time! Both food and service were excellent! The buffet offered a good range of choices. I appreciated the vegetarian options, and plan to go back soon.

I visited the Main street location many times but it was the first time in many years and first at this location.

We were here quite early, just after 4: 30pm when the dinner buffet started. We were warmly welcomed, picked our seat and waited a few minutes as they were still stocking the buffet.

They had a huge amount of choices including all the favourites - samosas, pakora, basmati, butter chicken and fresh naan they make to order. They had many others to choose from and were all tasty and good quality.

One disappointment was the coconut fudge, my wife and I remember it being one of our highlights and both did not like the updated recipe.

Good value for everything you get.

First time has been to this restaurant and I was impressed by the food I had and the service we got.
Our server was amazing and very attentive.
This restaurant is located downtown and has very interesting menu items.
We only dig into the main course as we were short on time.
We would definitely come and visit this place again.
Note: - The lunch buffet is only on Fridays now.

Buffet was empty. We Order 3 naan they give only 1 naan and we have to wait 1
20 minutes for second naan in that mean time curry get cold. Never visit again this kind of place.

Their food is consistently good. So we get Indian food from there. Samosa is highly recommended.

We recently visited ivory restaurant and had a chance to try their veg buffet. Bhel puri, samosa, pakora, pasta salads were good. In main course they served dal makhni, tandoori paneer masala, chana masala, Palak paneer, plain rice and pulav.
In sweet they had gulab jamun and kheer. The food was good in taste.

Edit: returned for the Friday buffet. It all tasted great and everything was clean and tasted as I remember.

Great food every time. Also a fabulous lunch buffet M-F 11-2 (13.99). This place is my new favorite lunch spot. Also easy to eat Keto here.

I ordered through a third party app. I had the Chana Masala which I ordered the hot heat level. I requested extra extra hot in the comments. I am very impressed with the heat level. My mouth is still burning and I am a very happy customer. I will definitely order again in the near future and try other dishes to burn my mouth with.
On another note, as a non vegetarian the vegetarian Indian dishes are my first choice.

Well, after reading a few of the latest reviews, I decided to give Ivory another try today. I really can't believe the difference. Today the food was maybe the best I've ever had. Everything was hot, you could actually hear some of the trays boiling. Hot, fresh food is what I got today. Service was also excellent. If there was one complaint it would be that the spice level was extremely mild, but make no mistake, the food is excellent.

Curries and garlic naan we’re delicious and so many vegetarian options. Samosas were the only let down with only potato and peas inside, I would recommend the pakoras instead. Gendered washrooms.

Good Indian food well prepared in a clean restaurant with white tablecloth tables. Good bar service. The Al la carte or buffet provides well seasoned cuisine. Ivory is also close to the Canada Life Center where you go watch the Winnipeg Jets NHL team

The advertisement was for buffet but they only serve buffet on Fridays. The restaurant wasn’t busy, we still had to wait a long time for our food. Having only 1 server in the restaurant wasn’t helpful either. The food is alright.
