Each time that I go to JMax, I feel at home. They take care of my vehicle as if it were their own and make sure that I don’t do any unnecessary repairs. They almost always offer other, more cost effective options, and ensure that my car is safe to drive.

A good example of their service is this morning when after getting my car back yesterday and noticing a burnt out indicator bulb. They took me in first thing this morning, repaired it, and buffed my headlight, free of charge!

I have had two vehicles get paint work done at JMax, one very recently. It's very apparent JMax's employees take a lot of pride in their work, are honest, care about making sure the areas of the vehicle requiring work look as perfect as possible, and that the customer is happy. Both times I have used JMax I have been throughoughly impressed and happy with the work.

You guys are amazing! Both of my kids told me about you. I've never been treated that way at a body shop before. Not only were you fast but you clean the car inside and out and the repair is excellent. The courtesy and the genuine feeling of been valued cannot be overlooked. The courtesy vehicle was fantastic! Because of what you do I hope I won't be back too soon! But I will be back.

JMax was one of the best experiences I have had in terms of customer service. I was referred to them from my mechanic as he doesn't do Auto Pac claims and JMax does.

From the very first conversation with Peter I had nothing but good service. He explained everything in detail and was very patient. I had two claims against my truck and they fixed it up quickly and efficiently. In fact, my truck looked better than it did when I first bought it. Seriously, they detailed the inside and outside. It made such a positive impact from the start to finish.

During the repairs, I received text message updates from Scott so I knew where they were in the process. They also gave me a courtesy vehicle for the time it took them to repair my vehicle. Peter informed me it would take about 2 weeks to do everything and it ended up only being 1 week. Talk about under promise and over deliver.

JMax had been my go-to place for years. My last dealing with them changed that. In a bid to get more money out of me, JMax reported this vehicle to Autopac as unfit due to a (slightly) rusted cab corner. This forced me to get the cab corner repaired and get a new safety in order to register the vehicle for use. That process added months to the time when I was without my truck. I don't fault JMax for the time it took to get parts. That's just the nature of the market right now.
In the past, each time JMax fixed a vehicle for me or for a member of my family, they cleaned the vehicle spotlessly. When I went to pick up my truck from them, the interior was a mess, filled with debris and broken parts from the break-in and attempted theft that prompted this claim. When I asked about the mess, the guy I spoke to was rude (until I asked to speak to his manager). And, to top it all off, one of the dash pieces was re-installed with a large piece obviously broken off of it. I have before and after pictures of the claim, and the pictures show this piece was intact prior to the claim. And even had it not been, JMax should have asked me about it. This, of course, took another month to get the part.

The people here are always super helpful when answering questions and helping me to understand what is going on with my vehicle. Honest, fair priced work!

They did some work on a rear bumper repair (slowly rear ended) and side quarter panel. I was a bit concerned at first, as this was my first time going to them. As a first time customer I was initially very, very, impressed with the service at JMax, especially with the kind of winter we just had and how busy they have been. But when I got my car back, some personal belongings were missing. My efforts to have this rectified have been ignored.

No nonsense! Got my car fixed from them after collision, I had a dead battery issue right after it was fixed and they changed it for free, even tho it wasn’t a part of collision, they even fixed an issue with the front grill, four months after they cleared the car and they did it free of cost. Amazing staff. Highly appreciable.

Superb! Had my bumper pop off the bracket after hitting a snowbank came in to get an estimate, they were able to pop it back in at no charge in under an hour. Superb service! Thanks so much! Would recommend 10/10.

After our car window was smashed, we received excellent service from J Max. They taped up the window and vacuumed out the smashed glass. They were quick to source new glass and when we brought the car in a couple days later to get the window fixed, they cleaned and washed the car! They were also very helpful with the MPI claim. Absolutely recommend this place.

I had such an amazing experience with JMaxx. Scott was professional and patient. He made the experience effortless. I walked in without an appointment and the glass on my car was replaced less than 24 hours later. My car came back clean too!

Called J Max to get a minor problem on my car looked at and they made time for me the same day. My door was catching, turns out a panel just needed to be shifted, they did it for me free of charge and washed off my car on top of it. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be coming back with any other issues.

I feel that they genuinely care about you and they sure take good care of their customers. I observed other customers in the parking lot, happy and satisfied with their vehicle.
When we went to inspect the repair, we couldn't believe the craftsmanship of the work. Also the complete interior and exterior cleaning of the car was excellent. We certainly had a great experience and they went beyond expectation. We will never go anywhere else!

Amazing experience with J Max! Went in for windscreen replacement from a stone chip. They got the window in before expected so appointment time moved up. Did an amazing job and also fixed the door seals that had come off from all the sticky aphid droppings earlier in the summer at no extra charge. Detailed the car beautifully - I think it's cleaner now than it has ever been. Polite and friendly service. Excellent job. Highly recommend.

I rarely review a company or a service but because I am very satisfied with the workmanship that the guys at Jmax did to my car I felt of sharing my experience.they are true to their words, took care of my car when I got hit and run a month ago. Peter recommended a replacement of the door for my rav4 and he got it ordered directly from the Toyota.when the parts are available he provided me with the same exact car brand new rav 4 as a free courtesy car.the work was done within 3 days and it was perfect. I am glad I made the decision to bring over the car them as recommended by a friend.

I just got my car back today, had to make sure I came and wrote a review for these guys. Absolute hands down best service and friendliest staff- I’ve never been happier leaving a mechanic shop. From the moment you call- you receive the best service! I will recommend J Max to anyone looking for their car repair needs. I’ve also never had such a clean car- they detail your car to the max when your car is in for repair.

They did a great job diagnosing all the issues with my vehicle & they fixed all of the issues in a timely manner, Jon was also honest and informative.only thing that im not huge on is billing 1 hour per task even when it may take up 10-15 minutes to complete the task, which im assuming is pretty standard at most mechanics.overall a good place to go otherwise

Honestly, they are the most friendly people whom I encountered in this industry. They provide courtesy vehicle during repair process. My car was rear-ended and it took 2-3 days. I appreciate the internal cleaning but my heart was broken seeing my custom made air refreshers damaged after receiving my car.maybe it my fault for leaving them on while getting fixed yea? Thank you for great service.i dont see any marks from rear-ended accident.

I had my drivers door glass smashed overnight. Needless to say, the morning routine was thrown off a bit, but thanks to J-Max, I was back in action within an hour. They guided me through making a police report, set me up with a courtesy car for the day while they cleaned the broken glass from my vehicle and replaced the window all in the same day. They made the process so easy for me AND they did a full detail of my car when it was done. I am so happy with J-Max and would recommend it to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

Everything they do is simply top notch, executed with professionalism and a smile. Right down to the little things, your courtesy car even has a tag hanging from the rearview mirror with your name on it. J Max is quite simply the best experience I have ever had. They genuinely care about their customers and are incredibly transparent, flexible, and accommodating. They are helping me save my vehicle from a total loss when all the other shops didn't care enough to look closer.

This is the only place I will go to for any body and glass work. They've always been amazing. They've really gone the extra mile multiple times and come out with a great result.

Took my car to Jmax, after my boss told me they do great work. Was not disappointed! A deer hiot me a few weeks back, did a lot of damage to my front end. They assessed the damage, took about 45 minutes. (Went and had a coffee at Timmies). A week later my parts were in, and I got a courtesy car while the work was being done. I was surprised to receive a text from Jmax stating the body damage was fixed and my car was going in for paint. Got my car back a few days later. They even detailed the inside of the car and it smells brand new again! By far the best service I have ever experienced from an autobody shop. They have made me a permanent customer and I will be using their mechanical services for oil changes as well. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, DEFINITELY WOULD! AWESOME WORK JMAX!

I had the best experience this past Friday coming to see them for a buffing/polishing of a few scuffs on my BMW. The Polishing gentleman was staying back past his shift for me-what great service. Id like to mention that not only did he do a fantastic job but he was a pleasure to deal with.i will most definitely come here for any body work that i may have in the future - hands down one of the finest in town!

Side note: I know I am very difficult to deal with when it comes to my car because it is of great sentimental value for me and they were able to accommodate me without judgement. Thank you guys, i will be back!:)

Took my car to J Max for repairs after the bumper of the car was irreparably damaged. When I took it in to be assessed, the car was returned to me washed. The representatives were very courteous and knowledgeable. They provided a complimentary vehicle with a reduction in the insurance deductible at no charge. After replacing the bumper they washed the car and vacuumed it. I feel that J Max provided exemplary customer service and the car looks great. Thank you J Max.

I highly recommend the services that J Max offers. They were courteous, informative and stuck to their quoted prices and promised timelines. Unfortunately, I need more body work on my car. Fortunately, I already know where to go!

They seemed to have a great customer service if you just talk to them. I got scammed twice when I fix my first car here, sold me a battery 100% free change guaranteed for 5 yrs when I changed oil here.when I saw my bill there was a 200 bucks extra for the labour fee because my battery was under seat. After less than a year my battery was completely dead and I had to comeback for a ‘free change’, and it costed me 300 dollars for the labour and taxes. Then before I sold my car my battery was in trouble again. The other time I asked them to check my throttle because I feel it was bumpy and pauses. They told me for ‘rule of thumb’ the years they’ve been fixing cars I had to change my whole coils parts for around 1500, (it turned out to be an Air Box crack when I finally changed to another honest shop), after I paid that I changed my suspension because they told me the spring was a bit noisy and I had to change the right front arm for very important safety issue for $2000. I was stupid that I knew nothing about cars. Be carful

They fixed my left side of my 06 Honda Ridgeline and did an amazing job and it looks like new! Would definitely come back to get body work done from them.

Beginning to end the service was great! From my call in to to the J Max service desk, to the personal great customer service we received from Will, for Will listening to my son’s account of the accident and making him feel more confident, the courtesy car, the repairs (my car looks like new again!), to the superb car wash and detailing of my car (way better than what the Chamois does!). All in all it was great service!

Simply put, my experience with the services and employees at J Max has been absolutely AMAZING. From my first phone call to when I picked up my vehicle.perfection.

I would like to thank the staff at JMax for their amazing attention and service to my car. It looks exactly as it did when I picked it up from the dealer 2 years ago! After the repair which is not detectable they detailed the car from one end to the other. Would highly recommend to my friends!

After taking it in for an estimate, I picked it up and it was clean! Totally unexpected.
The parts took one appointment rescheduling which I was totally fine with. They also made sure to accommodate my need for a courtesy vehicle even though they were incredibly busy and short on courtesy cars.
The repair was done faster than they estimated and when I picked it up it was in immaculate condition, inside and out! I’m talking everything about my vehicle was 100%, BETTER than the day I picked it up from the dealership!
Even though this was my first ever experience with an autobody shop, I would NEVER recommend any other.

Very good experience. There was a lot of work to be done on the car so it took a little time to get it all complete but Will was always good about answering right away any questions I had. It's been three weeks since I got my car back and no issues.

Went there Feb 6/19 for an estimate, they booked me in for a repair on Feb 27 And ordered the parts. They called me on Feb 26 and told me that the parts for my car had not arrived yet so they had to cancel my Feb 27 appt. They finally called me back on March 8/19 and said the parts had arrived and that I could book an appointment. I FINALLY had a repair appt on March 22 and I got the car back on March 27. The repair that was done was okay, nothing spectacular I could had the same repair at another shop for less time, they wasted TWO MONTHS to get the repair. I took the car back because I noticed the front bumper that was replaced was not aligned properly there were gaps between the bumper and fender/lights, they tried to fix it but it still doesn't look right, my next step will be dealing with MPI because I'm not happy with the repair.

Omg. I have been to this repair shop 3 times. Every single time they've given me amazing quality of work and customer service. I just got my car back and they replaced my wiper that was broken, complimentary. They're always doing the best they can and I really appreciate everything they've done for me. Even got Christmas cards from them. Definitely 5 star work.:)

We were very impressed when, after arriving home after a vacation and found our car in the garage, beautifully repaired and immaculately clean. Our vehicle had been so new when it was in an accident, parts were not immediately available. However, Elaine kept the person looking after our home posted and managed to get the needed parts and the care repaired prior to our return. We would not hesitate to return again if needed.
