These guys have exceeded our expectations and then some.

After the purchase of our Jacuzzi they helped us store it while preparations were made, permits set up etc etc.

Never did they try to rush us, or inquire as to the time frame it will take to get it out of the facility.

It was smoothe sailing the whole way through. I highly recommend them as to whom you should purchase through. You won't be disappointed.

Sig is the man to deal with if you are in the market for a tub. This is my 2nd tub from this store in approx 4 yrs. (I moved and needed to purchase a 2nd one)
I've spoken to others and always felt the most comfortable with jacuzzi and this store. Having said that, service and the people at the st.vital store are genuine as well.

We bought are tub from the st vital location off of Dave during the pandemic. He was easily one of the best people I have dealt with as a consumer. They delivered, and placed the tub as well as setup are stairs and lifter with the utmost respect for our plants and property. Even when we order chemicals we recieve them promptly. Over a year dealing with them and not a single complaint to be had.

We bought two hot tub’s from this store, one for our house and the 2nd one for our cabin. Sig the sales manager is awesome and a stand up guy, but their after sales service is even better. Any issues even at the cabin were promptly resolved. Thanks Sig, warren and jacuzzi!

I am thoroughly loving my jacuzzi. The installation was quick and the installers were very helpful with answering all our questions. The staff are all knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions whenever I'm in the stores. The staff will run a courtesy test on our water samples anytime we bring it in and clean our filters free of charge as often as we want.

A friend recommended Jacuzzi and we couldn't be happier! Sig in sales, Warren in service, and Nicholas with delivery were all super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend as well! Thanks guys.:)
