I was literally walked through step by step every step of the way. Excellent customer service and so easy to get a hold of. They’ve walked me through every little question and concerns that I have. Everything moved quite speedily from initial contact through the JamRock website to getting a phone call to setting up the appointment. I liked their honesty when it came to pricing. Don stopped by a couple days later to do the install and was able to answer any questions I had. I was impressed by just how quickly things moved from that call to our home having an alarm and cameras. Kathy was awesome on the phone going through the entire system and sorting out the app and desktop dashboard. I felt completely at ease using the alarm and cameras following that call. Been looking for an alarm company for a while and heard great things about JamRock Security. Spoke with Don and he was prompt in his replies and made helpful suggestions when he came down for the site visit. He was very honest and I felt I could trust him and his advice. After the alarm system was installed, I was put in touch with Kathy and she walked me thru the entire app setup. She was patient and like Don, made some helpful suggestions to maximize my user experience. All said and done, the process working with them was both an easy and enjoyable one. Don and Kathy are a pleasure to work with! I'd be happy to send all my family and friends to them, as I know they'd take great care of them as they did with me.

Shopped around for a few quotes and decided to go with JamRock Security. They weren't the cheapest option out there but with a home security system, cheap is probly a bad thing. JamRock is a nice locally owned and operated company and dealing with the owner Don we could tell he was genuine and trustworthy. Absolutely excellent service! JamRock team is super professional, quick and efficient. Don came to install our system and he was amazing! Cathy helped with setup and was super reliable. I would like to say that our experience with JamRock security was excellent. Don & Kathy knew the ADT system and explained it to us and covered all questions. They are both great people to deal with and I would have no problem referring them to potential customers.

Very impressed with the service level from JamRock Security! Wendy, Don an our installer (Naryn I believe) were all great. They promptly installed our system and ran through all of the features to ensure we understood how to use it. I would highly recommend JamRock to others!

My wife and I just got a security system put in from Jamrock. We also had a system put in my Elderly mother's place. The installation was fantastic. My house is an older home and not set up the best. I felt so bad for the fellow Paul who was trying so hard make sure everything worked. He was here for over Four hours but got everything installed. Kathy was absolutely amazing. I personally think any other companies would have told me to go screw myself. I can use computers but not to the capacity of the professionals. Kathy helped me set up my computer, cell phone, my wife's cell phone and my mother's cell phone. I can not brag enough about her and the rest of the staff for their patience. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a security system.

Above and beyond happy with the service! The agent on the phone and the installer were amazing and so helpful! They really know what they are doing and can answer all your questions! The security system is also amazing! Very convenient, I can use my phone to monitor.
