I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and "How's it going "my name" and that's why I love the small town dealership in Carman called Janzen Chevrolet Buick. They remembered to order an air filter which was not in stock for my last oil change months ago! That's impressive. Of course they offer you fresh hot coffee (ice-cream in the summer) as well. I had an appointment for the oil change and they were right on time. They gave me a quote on new winter tires, suggesting a small 17 inch rims instead of my 20 inch since the price would be almost double! Totally impressed with these fine folks and it's worth the trip from my home in Sanford to Carman, about 30 minutes away!
