A true no frills barber. You're not going to get a cigar and a pedicure here, but you'll get a great cut.

This is my second time of going here to receive my haircut and it was just as great at the first time of receiving it. If you have the time and money to spend for a haircut then going here is your best bet, the service and wait time is superb. Along with the barbers who know what they're doing so leave it to the professionals!

Amazing experience. Took his time, did an amazing job on my 14 yo's hair. Showed him how to manage his challenging hair growth patterns. My son has gone to many different barbers and says this is his new favourite go-to!

I was scared at first, but Jeffrey took his time and asked me exactly how I wanted my hair cut. He did exactly what I asked and blew my expectations! Fade was clean and blended perfectly. Great service and a really great guy! Don't hesitate getting a cut here.

Jeffrey's Barber Shop is my go to. After moving to Winnipeg a few years ago I was trying many different shops in the West end and downtown area. Some were draconic about their word online booking system, others unreliable in getting the same barber. Finally I tried Jeffrey's and haven't gone anywhere else in 2 years. Both Jeff and Amanda are welcoming and friendly and skilled.

When wanting a certain haircut, Amanda was upfront but gentle in telling me I don't have Cillian Murphy's hair but gave me a great cut with what I have.

I really love going there. Great conversation and casual feel.
