Bought a vehicle from them on aug 28th and they never reported hail damage (aug 24th) to me which i had no clue about until i got my car rear ended and the estimator told about a 2 weeks ago when I asked the dealership about it, literally said they could do nothing about it and when i inspected the car during purchase of the vehicle i alone should of noticed hail damage the car salesman Chayse didn't even bring it up at all just another dude trying to make a buck.the integrity of this dealership is absolutely just garbage i would not recommend this dealership at all to anyone

It was a very pleasant experience working with the Gautier Kia team at McPhillips, specially with Mari. We never felt that Mari did much “sales talk” to convince us to purchase from them. Instead, we felt genuine care for someone who are looking to get the most value from our hard earned money. As purchasing a vehicle is a significant investment, Mari made sure that she understood our situation and needs before recommending a vehicle. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and had a very good experience with Mari and the team at this dealership. Mari truly cares.

The best dealership i ever been to. This is my second car and because of getting scammed when I purchased my first car, i was really focused while getting my second car. I been to more then 10 dealers with different brand but the service and the transparency KIA at mcphillips give is 10/10. My dealer was Veerpal and she called us right away when sportage hybrid came in stock. We were really impressed as the wait time is 6-12 months. She and the whole team over there is awesome. Its been almost a month now and the car is so smooth. Best decision ever. Highly recommended.

Best experience at a dealer by far! Most dealers like to play games and waste alot of time. That wasn't the case here, I emailed Tom, we came to a deal, I went in the next day and drove out with my new stinger an hour later. All the staff are extremely friendly and great to deal with. I love that they are straight shooters and never once tried to mislead me.

Tim, salesperson, was patient and friendly. He listened to my needs and told me his suggestions. Tim explained all details about Kia Soul. He was not pushy. I had a fun experience from first phone call, test drive, to final decision. I would definitely talk to him when next car purchase comes. And bonus part, Tim speaks English and Mandarin.

Ashley, financing manager, was knowledgeable. Their financing service was great. I got same day approval which I was happy about it. Ashley provided me different options about upgrades. She was patient. She spent 2 hours with me to explain all the terms, financing options and payment plans.

The experience i had here was 1000/10. The staff here are super friendly and very helpful! I would recommend anyone to come buy a vehicle from them!
