I have a hail damage claim and this has been my first human point of contact. They have been very pleasant and helpful over the phone and sitting for an hour today was fantastic, being able to see how everyone works together on the front end was interesting. Very professional team. I had to wait a little over an hour while they did their work. Offering people coffee who have to stay for a bit would be a nice touch. I'll update as we go through the process.

Always the best part of having a taxi drive into you is getting fixed and detailed here (can you believe I'm become a regular at a collision center?) ***Update, I'm getting tired of saying this, I'll see you Monday lol

Have called and spoke to the manager and was told he was going to call me back the next day about an issue with the back window on my Truck. Still waiting on that phone call. I don't think I have ever received a call back always have to initiate the call. Poor service.

In the fall of 2022, for the first time in my life, I struck and killed a deer with my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek, resulting in considerable front-end damage. Then again, on January 25th, 2023, the rear passenger window was smashed by a vandal.

On both occasions, the staff of Jim Pattison Collision and Glass were excellent. Their customer service was exceptional. Because of supply delays on parts, they kept me informed, provided a replacement car, vacuumed, covered, and taped my shattered window. They didn't have to, but they even provided emotional support as both of these events left me quite shaken. Thank you, Axel, Tyler, Kim, Brett, and all the staff who worked on my car and gave me my baby back looking as good as new! ️

Might have given 0 rating, brought my car for repair. On the pickup date i mentioned door window is not rolling up and down they said they will figure out. Later their boss came to a decision they will look out and if it is not repair related I have to pay for the inspection as well. Moreover they stole my bluetooth transmitter, i reported it as well they said buy a new one and show us the receipt when I did that they said now their boss refused to pay for it as well. Misscommuncations in this shop, no authority no responsibility, time waste.

Rear bumper replacement. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Would totally go there again!

Worst service ever!
I had an accident and front bumper needed to be replaced together with some other parts. After receiving my vehicle back, I have noticed that the front bumper is not attached properly and badly scratched on the bottom of the bumper. After a 30 min of arguing I told them that I won’t accept the newly repaired vehicle in such condition. I told them that they can leave the scratch alone and just get new clips for the bumper and replace them. They agreed to it. They took my vehicle back and three days later they told me its repaired. About six months later the bumper started to fall off. I went back to the shop and showed them. It’s turned out that instead of reattaching it with new clips they put some hardening glue in it. They denied that they did it and blamed me that I put some glue in it.

We have worked with Jim Pattison Collision & Glass on two occasions and they have provided us with superb service. Kim has been fantastic to deal with and she treated us with grace and class. During our last visit, there was extra work that was required to be fixed by MPI than originally stated and Maurice went to bat for us. Kim called us with the great news the moment it was approved. Kim also made sure that our replacement vehicle fit our family's needs because we needed to be parted from our vehicle for 10 days. There was a consistent rust issue that we had noticed on the back of our 2018 vehicle which had only been superficially taken care of by the dealership. Maurice and his skilled tech team actually found the root cause and fixed the issue once and for all. And finally, to top off the already fabulous service, when we picked up our vehicle, they had cleaned the outside and inside so thoroughly and so well that we felt like we had just purchased a brand spanking new vehicle. What a great gift! I highly recommend them.

Just dropped of the 4runner today but so far Customer service was Fantastic.
I Will have a full review here as my 4Runner came back from Paint with mixed Results. The Manager at this location was very helpful and will be fixing up the problems I have. All work had to be re done ill presume it was a lazy prep painter.
My ride was there for a total of 5 weeks for 1 autopac claim.
Picked up the last time when everything should have been fixed a second time and things still not looking like a new vehicle again.
The manager himself fixed my problems and the end if it wasn't for him I would have went somewhere else.

Dropped my RAV4 for painting, after painting found scratches and bubbles at the time of pickup. I show the fault to the manager and the quality service provider, they took photos. I was rushing to work, ask me to call them back on Monday to book for an another appointment. I got busy on that day and didn't able to make a call. Give them call after few days and they promise me a call back. Still waiting for call. If you guys are busy and looking for a good result, please don't take your car to Jim Pattison collision and glass, sorry to say that.

Excellent customer service, front office staff very helpful, friendly and courteous. Excellent workmanship as well. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience at Jim Pattison Collision and Glass. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing body repair work done on their vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in for 3 MPI claims. 2 door dings and bumper replacment on my 2021 Rav 4. Customer service was wonderful! They set me up with their courtesy vehicle for the estimate and set up a rental as well when the vehicle went in for repairs. They were fast and efficient and my car looks as good as new! The repairs were done in a total of 4 days.

I waited to long to get an estimate for my car bumper replacement about 1 hour. Not only that the estimate was so high, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had some claim work done on my 4 runner.
Some minimal damage to me but it was quite a bit more involved. My vehicle downtime was minimal but what I found absolutely fantastic was the detailing work. My 2010 4runner looks brand new. I really appreciate the service I received from Tim and Mike's hard work on the detailing. Thank you guys for the hard work and a job well done.

The people were friendly enough, but were not very helpful in helping me understand my first claim with MPI. Also gave me incorrect information that could have potentially cost me a bunch of money.

Would not return.

Went there to see about getting repairs to our 2000 Toyota Sienna that had been involved in a collision, which we were not at fault. The body shop scheduler was totally clued out about what we wanted and the only thing he could say was "highly unusual" over and over again. I have dealt with this same employee when this was Frontier Toyota. He was no help whatsoever. Time for someone to hit the retirement mode.
