Not bad! Not very clean but not dirty too. Housekeeping service is nice. They have common kitchen as well so u can cook meals if staying for more than a day

Stayed in room 118 which was $80+HST. A luxury feeling from first entering the main office, and after driving to the place (200 metres to the west on other side of hiway) and was very impressed when I stepped into the place. What I did not like was 1) the fragrance given off by the plug in (I was allergic to it and recommended to the front desk to ditch it) and 2) the washroom sink (too LOW physically with some glass plate shelf just below the mirror which I banged my hand into while washing my face. If the glass plate had broken, that could have been a bad injury that disrupted my trip. Things happen, so minimize risk). Ditch the fragrance and for 6ft guys like myself, improve the sink area, and its 5 stars from me. I would definitely stay there again when I use Hwy 16.

Great little room.comfy, clean, front desk staff very pleasant. All u need for a work stay.and hey, close to Tim's. Come on.

Nice and cheap place.
Tht day i stoped coz road was icy coz of sudden temprature drop from the evening rain and drizling.

The smallest room I've ever stayed in and the most uncomfortable hard lumpy bed. Barely slept.

It was very clean the staff is very understanding but it is inconvenient having the front desk at the Russell Inn
