Yesterday the delivery driver was so reckless he almost caused an accident! Driving so fast, slamming on the brakes, speeding, running a red light. Several cars had to swerve out of the way and one up on the curb. Lucky no one was walking nearby.

Amazing selection, extremely knowledgeable staff, local business, what's not to love?

The most dangerous delivery driver ever. I just watched some disheveled kid driving the delivery truck round a corner like he was in a police chase, and then blow passed a stop sign in a residential area where I was just about to cross. I'm glad I was paying attention, because he certainly wasn't. His arrogant driving was absolutely dangerous. Not a good look for the company. One that specifically sells alcohol.

Sommeliers are excellent and have the knowledge to find just the right wine for the occasion. Gift wrapping and baskets are brilliant.

Terrible customer service. Whomever the young women who was ringing me up on June 17th at 1730hrs needs to learn basic math skills as well as basic manners.
I paid $25 cash for a $23.51 bottle of wine. I received $1.45 in change. My suggestion that she should “round down” and give me $1.50 in change was met with sighing and eye rolling. Really? Her belated offer to give me the correct change was too little too late. I left the store with a disagreeable taste in my mouth over this incident.

I like that they make a file and keep a history of your purchases. This also helps if your trying to buy a gift for someone else.
