I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!
RECENTLY THIS MONTH OF MAY 2023 I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW STOVE FOR $1000. THEY DELIVERED A SEVERELY DAMAGED ONE SO HAD IT SENT BACK (not that I was at fault but hey I’m a patient gal, we just have to live on take-out food for awhile). THEY DELIVERED ME A STOVE THE SECOND TIME, BUT THIS TIME SENT ME THE WRONG ONE (hey it happens, I understand that, they just have to check their orders before sending it out next time…jus means more money spent on take-out food) THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY’VE ALREADY GOT YOUR MONEY, MADE YOU A LOW PRIORITY AND TURNED YOU INTO A “KAREN” ………. AFTER MUCH NEGOTIATION THEY MANAGED TO BE THE STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK. MY CHOICES WERE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THREE EVILS (pick the one with damages, a floor model with damages where he himself says the oven door doesn’t even work, OR wait and feed the family junk food for one more week spending almost the cost of the stove itself? Which one should I choose? Hmmm this is a hard one) THEY BASICALLY PUSHED ME BACK INTO A CORNER LIKE A MOUSE OFFERING ME A DAMAGED STOVE AND $50 STORE CREDIT! (Yeah, I’m treated so good there that I really can’t wait to go back and use this voucher and make all kinds of crazy purchases) THIS IS SUCH BAD BUSINESS. HEY, I MAY NOT HAVE BEEN YELLED AT OR INSULTED VERBALLY, BUT THEY SURE ASSAULTED MY WALLET. THEY ENDED UP SENDING ME A BANGED UP TRASHY STOVE THAT I DID NOT WANT BUT PAID $1000 FOR (cause I have money like that just laying around). I TOLD THEM WHAT TO DO WITH THEIR MEASLY $50 STORE CREDIT! THIS IS WHAT BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND EATING ONE WEEK OF TAKE-OUT FOOD LOOKS LIKE (imagine what the next week would bring) WHAT A WAY TO START MY LONG WEEKEND *kicks stove*
