I first met Jessie Killen from Judy Lindsay Realty when I was looking to rent my condo a couple of years ago. My wife had used a Judy Lindsay Realtor in the past and had a very favorable experience, so I called to see if they did property management as well, which I found out they did, and Jessie ended up being my rep.
I met Jessie at my condo to go take a walk through to determine if it needed to get anything done to it prior to renting and also to determine a rental price. When I first saw her, I thought she was quite young and wasn’t sure how much experience she would be bringing. Very quickly, I realized that she was very in tune to the rental market and was not only very personable, but also very professional. She suggested that I get the condo painted a neutral color and said that she could provide a quote when if I wanted. I said that would be great, and she had a quote ready the next day, and my condo was painted within 3 days. Very impressive!
Jessie then put the ad out for my rental unit and proceeded to interview and vet the candidates and I have had to do basically nothing as she handles everything. I have gone through a couple of renters now and it has been seamless on my end. Jessie keeps me updated on everything. She also ensures prompt payment from the renters and I never have to contact her to see where my payment is.
Renting and managing my own condo would be a lot of work and very stressful but Jessie has made it pain free and stress free.
I completely trust Jessie with her decision making and as mentioned, she is personable and professional.
