Great place for the children to enjoy, lots to play on & enjoy. Plays out the Littles in no time

Just had my daughters party there. The party itself was a success however it was so hot in the room that one of the kiddos was sick. The girls working were also behind the counter on their phones for the first bit while big kids were misusing the slide and climbing over littles going up.

Took my kids there today. The place felt dirty and I had to clean the toddler area just so my kids could get to the little slides. Workers were playing on their phones behind the desk the whole time. Adults definitely were not watching the kids they brought either. Only ended up staying for about a half hour before we gave up and left. Won't be going back.

They will close before the posted hours if no one is there (up to an hour earlier). Call before you go there to avoid disappointment.

Wonderland for kids! Nice place for parents to sit down and chat while kids run off their energy. My kiddos had the best nap afterwards. Would come back again and again.

Had my sons party this weekend, the girls were so nice and accommodating. The room was hot so they brought us an extra pop- everything was easy food was good and will be booking again!

Never again. We've had so many day trips and birthday parties there over the years. I NEVER expected staff to (during work hours no less) stalk MY personal social media to call me AT WORK about an error THEY had made 5 weeks prior and tried pinning it on us as well as tried charging a random made up extra amount to our party. Not a call text email snail mail anything to my or my husband about "missing payment" until 5 WEEKS later? How unprofessional. The message I received from the employee was borderline threatening to add insult to injury. I did get in touch with the owner (or so they said in their text anyway) and sent the exact message I sent the employee who stalked me and never even received a response that they had gotten the text in the first place.

Won't be going back again and I make sure everyone I know. Knows this happened.

It was fun watching the kids playing and enjoying themselves. It's an amazing place for kids.
