The service is amazing and the staff are fantastic! If you had a bad experience, it was your own fault. I highly recommend going to Kal Tire. When they do a repair, it actually gets repaired. The staff are also knowledgeable and even gave me some information on my tires.

The employees here are good at their jobs. But the owner is NOT a nice person. He is verbally abusive to some employees. Would definitely never take my business here ever again.

I was lucky enough to be turned down from Canadian Tire on a short notice after I noticed a flat tire driving through Steinbach. (They were too busy). I called Kal Tire and they said they would be able to look at my car even though they were also incredibly busy. I dropped off my car to Gary Reimer and what a gem he was to work with!
I am happy to have met such an awesome team. Not only did they help me on short notice but they extended their kindness to make sure I had a loaner tire to get back to Winnipeg safely to have my tire covered under warranty with my dealership. Faith in humanity was restored that day!
Hands down recommend Gary and his team 100%! I will definitely be back to give them my business next time I need work that is not covered by warranty.

Shout out to Lyndon Fehr. Had a slow leak in one of my tires while working on Monday. I was able to put air in to get me to Kaltire, where Lyndon booked me in right away. Bam! 20 mins later i was back to work. Thanks Kaltire, you’re awesome.

I've been to tire shops all across Canada and the US, the staff here is the best I've dealt with. From the front desk to the tire techs in the back, these guys rock.

I was in store this morning. I felt quite uneasy because an employee which was working the first till was not wearing his mask correctly. His nose was not covered and he passed me the bank machine without wiping it. All to say I was very anxious while in the store and having to do deal with him. I believe supervisors should assure that employees follow the correct guide lines regarding the prevention of spreading covid.wearing their mask corrrectly and cleaning surfaces.

Been great service for years never disappointed. But this last time I went in for alignment and vibration. Was told my one tire was seperated. They put on a used tire for me. I drove off the lot not even five mins in my drive back to work and the car is now pulling to the opposite side and still has the vibration. I phoned back and asked why this was they said its pulling to the opposite side because the used tire is smaller than the others but the tire was placed on the back wheel. I was told to buy new tires sooner than later which i will do. They said they will look at the alignment again. But I'm very leary. I went in to get a problem fixed and drove off with the same problem. Not impressed. Update to my review. I did go back and just like all my previous visits to Kal Tire they resolved everything. And went the extra mile. My car drives like a dream now. Thank you Kal tire for not letting me down. Will always be a life-long customer. From 1 star now to 5 stars.

Let’s Saturday morning i wis there mi first time and I got very very bad treatment from the guys in the front i can not believe that from all tire, but the little guy in the back where so good to me,

Over tighten my wheels plus they broke three tire pressure sensors and I had to pay for new ones but they do have a great source of winter tires

Got in the same day for a tire repair. Indicated I will need new tires but that with our weather right now it could wait. If we get some deep snow I need to replace. I appreciate that recommendation and not force it on me right away but to give me that information.

Fantastic service to fix a bead leak this morning. It didn't cost much and the staff was super helpful.

Don't bother going anywhere else in Steinbach for tires. Best service, best prices, and you know the job will always be done quickly and right the first time. Would recommend 100%
