Low tire sensor light on and called Nov 1 around 430 pm to come in soon for check as concerning and I have green valve cap (nitrogen) and told no appt till Nov 18 felt brushed off and spoke to abruptly And am a regular customer who purchased 4 tires this summer and get tire swaps. Said I will call another tire shop and that shop friendly and said come in tomorrow
Very disappointed with Warman Kal tire will take my business to the tire shop that recognized low tires is not acceptable and I needed help

My wife dealt with a "tall guy" at Kal tire today. I later found out his name was Steve. She was having a rough morning and got a flat, but was in a bit of a rush. They put the spare on for her, and Steve waved the fee. This may not be out of the ordinary, and it may not seem like a big deal, but under the circumstances my wife said that it restored her faith in humanity, and she was so touched by the interaction that she insisted we get winter tires from him (we haven't traditionally dealt with Kal Tire). Anyway, I just ordered some tires from Steve and thanked him for his kindness. Much appreciated!

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about EV protocols about swapping tires over and upcoming tires for EV use. Rating lower because of the wait. Scheduled for 1130 appointment not ready for pickup till 1420. Wouldve liked a better experience in that regard. Would still get my tires done.

This was before I took my car to another Kal tire location and discovered that they had lied about working on my car as the parts they said they had adjusted were seized and I needed new parts. Would not recommend and now I worry what else they’ve done to my car.
Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, took the time to explain the nuances of the service and had great demeanour for a guy raising a one year old daughter!

I purchased my winter tires from this location 3 years ago. TPMS monitor was acting up 2 years later so stopped in. Corey at the front counter got suited up and came outside and reprogrammed all my sensors. He was Informative and very friendly, kind of guy I'd like working in my shop.

Called and installed same afternoon!
Called at 2pm on Friday, and they said come for 4pm. Complete tire swap, mounted, balanced, installed, and I was back on the road before 5pm. Great staff, great service.

While taking a 2 hours to change my tires and wheels despite my wife booking an appointmenta week ahead, the sales associate came to inform me that the tire technician had snapped my wheel lock key and tried to blame me. When I asked him to replace it, the sales associate became combative and argumentative. Refused to pay for the part that their technician broke. After a brief argument, the associate refused to contact a manager and threatened to refuse service. After further argument, he agreed to finish the work order and replace the part but insisted it was not his fault.
If I broke something belonging to another, I would pay for it, I expect the same from a "professional " business.
Next time, I will go next door to Good Year.
I cannot believe they sales associate would argue with a paying customer. Do not shop here.

My husband and I bought winter ties here last winter because he had heard good things about Kal-Tire. There weren't any issues when we bought the tires and had them put on, and my old summer tires were put in the back of my car. When we arrived home, we found only 3 tires back there with the fourth one missing. At the time, we gave Kal-Tire the benefit of the doubt - the tires were old and needed replacing in the spring anyways. We figured the one that was missing wasn't salvageable and didn't contact Kal-Tire as we didn't have time and didn't think it was a huge deal. Now we wish we had, as it seemed indicative of a pattern with them.
The tires themselves were great. Come late spring, we purchased a new set of all-season tires elsewhere and as they were being put on, the mechanic noticed a bulge on one of the tires. My husband took it to Kal-Tire to be fixed under the road hazard warranty. He dropped the tire off and then, weeks later, my husband recieved a text that our "car is ready for pick-up. " We figured they meant tire, so I swung by to pick it up. When I was there, they couldn't find anything about my tire being dropped off. They couldn't find my tire. After a while of searching, they found it. It wasn't repaired. In fact, they had cancelled the tire fix and never contacted us about it. The man I spoke to repeatedly belittled me, insisted that they had called my husband and told me my husband was clearly lying to me about receiving a call. They even told me that my husband had agreed to cancel the tire fix and must have just not told me (this didn't happen, he never recieved a single call or contact other than the text saying it was ready for pick-up.) I confirmed that they had the right phone number. Then I requested they order a new tire for me as the old one apparently couldn't be fixed. The man (who's name I didn't get, but I wish I did) told me it would take a little while to come in as it was summer, not winter. Fine.
Come October, (4 months later!) I called to ask what was happening with the tire and, again, they told me they had been calling me for months that my tire was in but, again, we hadn't recieved a single call. And clearly that wasn't true because we went in today to pick up the tire that was supposedly ordered for us only to be told that it wasn't there. The only tire that was there for us was the old tire that couldn't be fixed, which they also spent quite some time looking for and couldn't find the paper work for. Apparently the new tire had never been ordered.
After this entire ordeal, we will NOT be returning to Kal-Tire with our business. They were repeatedly rude, belittling, and lied to us on several occasions to cover their own butts. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the employee we spoke to today (Blake) who was apologetic, polite, and actually fixed our problem and got us a new tire. The fact that it took us 5 months to get our tire replaced and had to chase them about it repeatedly has been incredibly upsetting and frustrating, and we will not use Kal-Tire again.

They need to do more to keep costumers cars clean when they drive them. Need to use cover for seats and wash there hands.

Went here for a wheel bearing replacement. Was advised to get a break tune up and lubrication done on breaks that were only 6 months old. Since the break tune up I have had issues with a rear break coming on while driving and rim getting hot. Prior to this “tune up” have never had a single issue with the breaks on the vehicle. Was charged over 1000$ and have been left with problems since going here. Was also given misinformation about remaining size of break pads the vehicle marked on the tune up sheet at 6mm remaining where there is 11 after going elsewhere. Was also charged for labour time where the vehicle sat in the shop with no one working on it. Would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

My husband just purchased new tires with the help of Carlos who is very polite and knowledgeable. He is good at taking care of his customer. He's been very helpful since he was in St. James that's why even Warman is far from our house we will definitely keep going wherever he is. He really did an amazing job!

Got me in quick (within a few hours). Changed all my tires to new ones by the next day. Knowledgable and very kind staff. The added benefit of the warranty is a huge bonus on these tires.

I booked an appointment and took my wife's Mercedes-Benz in for a new set of TPMS sensors. The job was done right, and on-time. It took the car a while to recognize the new sensors, but after a a few drives, eventually the car's system recognized the new sensors. It had something to do with the car's own TPMS. All good. I highly recommend this place! Friendly and professional service! A+

Had a screw in my tire. Took me in without an appointment. Got it fixed in no time. Even free of charge as I got the tires from them just a few months earlier. Great service! Totally recommend!

Got a set of studded. Winter tires for my Honda, fast friendly service, and no "extra charges" like the dealer or those other thieving "b"s at C

I Took my truck to the Warman and Lagimodiere location for an alignment and was not impressed with the outcome. Everything was fine up until they call to let me know how much it was going to cost for an alignment. They said I was going to be $4000 plus for an alignment and other repairs which had nothing to do with an alignment. I declined and said to just put it outside and I’ll pick it up after work. 3 hours later they called me and said my transmission line burst and dumped all my transmission fluid all over their parking lot while moving my truck. Being a mechanic for the last 15 years I know they do not magically burst they way they described. Anyway I show up later and I wasn’t charged for any damage they had caused. I called a tow truck and brought it home for further inspection and found that one of my transmission cooling lines had been pulled apart by force and they proceeded to drive around the parking lot possibly damaging my transmission. So all in all I learned a lot about the integrity of this business and I don’t want to see anyone else get treated the way I did. Please take your vehicles to another place for any sort of work to get done. Thank you for reading.

They charge way too much for an oil change. If you have synthetic or semi synthetic oil, go somewhere else!

They didn't have the tire we needed, but they checked stock at the other locations and even called ahead to have them hold it for us. Great service!

Got new tires with alignment in just over an hour. Great service and definitely recommend this location.

Super fast tire guy 30 min it took him to change 4 tires. That guy should be at nascar did a great job too! Balanced nice and proper air pressure. The service guy helped pick some great nokian tires that were in my price range. And never heard of Nokia tires but have to say they are pritty nice. They are bizzy but that's not a bad thing just means they know there stuff.

Have had 3 of our fleet vehicles new tires installed plus my own personal truck. This place is superb.
Staff are great. Everything done on schedule feel like I received a very fair deal.

Dirty, service advisor couldn't seem more disinterested in helping, tech burning rubber backing my truck off the lift in front of me, couldn't even fill my new tires to proper pressure before giving me my vehicle. When your business is tires you should probably get it right. Very poor showing. Will not be back.

They don't follow what they promised in their warranty. Check that everything they promise you is on paper.

They were an hour quicker than I expected to get new winter tires mounted on a set of steels and do an alignment. Thanks!

Brought it in for an alignment after purchasing brand new nitto ridge grapplers, "made it as straight as they could", 1500km later both inside tread was gone and the belts were showing, 900$ in new rubber and a trip to fountain tire fixed all that.
There was 3° of toe on each front tire

Only screwed up royally once in years of me going. But they made it right. Which is all you can ask for. Nobody's perfect. Just appologize and make it right.

"Service key" I have was not left in the car as I expected. Guess you have to specify that stuff.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The quote I got was much cheaper than other stores I had called. Only complaint would be the wheelchair button didn't work when I went so that could be an issue if someone with mobility issues needed it, I only tried to use it because my hands were full carrying my tires into the store.

Fast friendly Service! Recommend a good tire for my vehicle. My appointment was for 10am and I was in and out of the store in just over an hour. Plus a good tire warranty along with free flat tire service going forward. I would highly recommend Kal Tire!

Not impressed. Bought Nokian tires in fall after some research and recommendations. That part went well. One day before going out of town i start losing air in one of the tires. I run down to Warman Road and am there at 8: 10 am. There are two people there and the lot is near empty. They couldnt help me. " We're booked with changeovers", we might be able to look at itonce we are closed. So I bought tires there with road hazard but had to go elsewhere and pay to get the tire repaired. Obviously could get better service at other places.
