Kawaii Crepe

Slow slow slow. Waited forever for our meal. Food was delish and were very cognizant of our allergies.

Music is too loud for my liking but the food is always fantastic! Having celiac disease makes trying new places nervewracking, but in my 8 years of being gluten free kawaii crepe has never glutened me!

Always yummy but took the longest time today with only 1 person ahead of us. I can only guess it's due to call in orders and Skip etc.

This location is our favourite, we visit often and choose here over the location closer to us simply because the service is exceptional. Especially through the pandemic this staff has always worked hard, and delivered fresh and delicious food ready for our pick up. They all deserve raises! ️

Placed an order online, direct from website, for pickup. The OSBORNE crepe and 2 dessert crepes. I recieved shredded coconut on the one crepe, instead of the almond I had ordered.but still tasted good. Will be back in future.

Kawaii will always have a special place in my heart since I helped open this location! Also best crepes around hands down!

Love the crêpes here.
I get the banana, strawberry, Nutella and they get it right every time.
My one complaint would be that the music is consistently blaring, to the point where the Skip the Dishes guy had to shout at the girl behind the counter to be heard.
It's a restaurant, not a concert.

Always delicious, but the crispiness of the crepe unfortunately isn't there when stored in a take out container for even a couple of minutes. Still great food.

Surprisingly delicious for gluten free! We will definitely be heading back there.
They were extremely careful prepping the grills and with cleaning procedures for my allergy as well. Very impressed

The cashier was so by the rules. My mum wanted honey for her tea, a tiny bit, and he wanted to charge $1. I wanted milk in my tea and he wanted to charge me $3. Someone stepped in and said no problem. The food was decent. Sometimes it is hit or miss

Delicious crepes. I recommend getting the whole wheat batter with the more savoury crepes (extra $). Food is still good, but it feels like value has decreased over the years since opening in Winnipeg; less bubbles in your bubble tea, higher prices, etc.

Excellent crepes, sweet tooth is a personal favourite of mine. I also cannot emphasize enough how good their London fogs are. Crepes are a little pricey compared to other places, but still delicious!

I have come here so many times and the staff are always great. My order has never been messed up and the food has been delicious every time. Definitely a staple of mine.

They have a keto crepe made with coconut flour, almond flour and cheese. It's pretty good but wasn't very filling. It is nice to have a different option than the mainstays that we've been going to though.

I enjoy the occasional crepe.but I guess I'm a simple kind of guy and the flavors and random extra stuff of kawaii crepe is not my thing. My wife liked it a lot though. This is just my take.

I was disappointed in the cheesecake crepe because it was way more berry than cheesecake filling. The tiramisu one I had was really delicious though! And the service was friendly!

Holy moly can't stop raving about the experience we had here. Staff was amazing they went out of their way to feed us on my daughter's birthday. Oh my car broke down for more than gracious help out.

Bought my crepe at 9: 04 didn’t get it till 9: 04, they served 4 other people after I purchased, and they all got their orders before me, I ended up having to go up and tell them and I didn’t get my order until 9: 34 tsk tsk

I used to like this place until they got greedy with so called "non seasonal" fruit charges so an already high priced crepes with berries are costing even more during off season (e.g. Winter). Furthermore, the quality of crepes went downhill as well, they are no longer crispy and loaded with fruits but rather soggy and half as what they used to be in terms of filling. There are other places that serve really good crepes and no, they do not charge you more for strawberries and other "non-seasonal" fruits. I'm going elsewhere next time.

Love eating at Kawaii Crepe! This location is always really good with my allergies! They clean the grill, get new utensils, fresh ingredients and change their gloves. They never skimp on the topping, and usually can't close the to-go box as they always load the toppings! Definitely get your money's worth, would highly recommend!

The food was amazing. Tbh I didn't really expect much but it turned out to surprise me. They also have polite and amazing staff.

The food here is good. It's not my usual fare, I tend towards burgers and fries and chicken and poutine. But the food here is good and they have some interesting choices, giving the menu variety. I would definitely eat here again.

Can’t go wrong with Kawaii Crepe whether you want something sweet or savoury! Vegan and vegetarian options available as well! The prices correspond well to the size of the crepe I find, so keep that in mind!

I’d love them to post a topping list to the website though as I like to decide on toppings for a build your own crepe before I go - too many options!

Always delicious. I've tried so many different sweet and savoury crepes and I've loved every single one. The bubble tea is also delicious.

Absolutely the most ghetto place to eat in st vital. Very unorganized and their drinks are disgusting. They have raw pearls for the bubble tea and never ask for the house lemonade. Its a sugared water stored in a jug in the fridge and the lemon concentrate is premade in a separate cup.

My partner and I go almost every weekend to eat here. The farmers market is delicious! They are also very accommodating for my gluten allergy

Not a big play structure/jungle gym. But it's a nice to have it in the neighborhood. There are several other parks close by with big play areas but these are at schools. This park isn't as busy. There is however some highway noise.

My go to! Absolutely love this place. The food is AMAZING! I always the the "it's a s'more" crepe and everytime I go it's always better then the last. The restaurant is clean and the staff are sanitary when handling food and very friendly!

I’ve come here several times and never been disappointed! Fast, friendly service, cute decor, and lots of menu options! They also have lots of gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options!

Got two "and everything nice" crepes and they were both overdone and completely dry even though I asked for extra butter which was a $2 up charge.
The employee did offer to remake one of them but I didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for a crepe.
Honestly all I want is some consistency.
Probably the worst crepe iv ever had.

Delicious but dissappointed that when I get a bubble tea, about 1/2 to 1 full portion of blend mix is wasted and tossed I am told. Other places don't waste so much. Won't be back or ordering again.

An absolute must have! Never been disappointed after several visits. Wide variety of crepes to try, so there is something for everyone. Reasonably priced too!

Good selection and combinations. Enjoy the kawaii crepes, they are fairly quick and a good size portion. Personally prefer the sweet options but savoury options are available. Good for kids, teens and adults.

Has never let me down.everyone have to try the taro bubble tea.it's what the color purple would taste like. Staff is super friendly.

Walked in at 12: 30 on a Satuday night, asked if we coulf still order for to go, staff waited then said "it's 12: 31, last order was a minute ago". I don't like giving bad reviews but better customer service would be more appreciated.

I couldn't enjoy my food because my crepe was super dry. It was too crispy and I don't know what happened. I remember the person who made my crepe, I don't know her name but I remember her face quite well because of her red coloured hair. On top of that, she looked grumpy so I wasn't sure if I did something wrong. Her customer service was just disgusting, I wonder how someone who have that kind of attitude works there. I wonder if this restaurant's standards are below par because they're letting someone like her work there. The restaurant is supposed to be friendly and welcoming, and we didn't feel welcomed at all. I just wish that the management will see this concern and possibly get rid of someone like her or at least educate her. Like other staff seemed nice and approachable but I don't know about that specific girl.

If you want the best customer service, make sure to check if that red haired girl is working first, if she is then get outta there because it's not worth it.
