Kawaii Crepe

Gluten-free crepes were amazing. I am Celiac and they were prepared safely for me! They even have a separate prep area for gluten-free items and separate utensils they use when you have a gluten allergy. I’ll definitely be going back!

Ordered skip so can't really judge the service or atmosphere but there's no N/A and I can't let this average out to a good review.

Went here to get boba because it was close to me. First time here, and have heard good things about their crepes.

The seal for the boba wasn’t fully closed on one of my drinks, causing me to get coloured drink all over my pants when shaking it to mix the boba. Not all of the boba was cooked long enough as some were hard. As much as I support paper straw usage for its biodegradable properties, I would prefer if they used a harder compostable one as it started to disintegrate halfway through finishing my drink. However, the taste of the strawberry slush was good!

TLDR; had a variety of issues with the drink, though it tasted good. Won’t be coming back here.

Not as good as it used to be. First of all the quantity changed, smaller vs the price and even the quality, it used to be crispy but now as soon as you get home, it’s already cooled down

The moment one step into this cute place, the aroma of fresh crepes fills the air! One can choose whether to dine in or to go, we opted for to go since the weather is so nice. So we ordered The Crème Brûlée Crepe and Nutella crepe.

The Crème Brûlée is sooo good! For me it’s too much for a single serving. It’s huge! And be careful of the vanilla ice cream inside the crepes cuz it will drip unannounced

I may come here again to try the cheesecake crepe. Other than that, the tiramisu was a disappointment. It had a bitter aftertaste. The service was quick and the establishment was clean during my visit.

A bit pricey but the crepes were large and quite filling. We had the tiramisu and the berry road, and the former is so LOADED, I had a hard time finishing it!

Plenty of choices to choose, from dessert crepes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner ones. So good, you might want to eat all four meals in crepe form.

Had to ask for refunds twice in the last month or so. Missing items, gluten-free items not clearly marked. Very disappointing fora place I used to really like.

Taking it out for a walk outside while eating a hot crepe was a fun and cozy experience.

Perfect crepes in my opinion. I ordered a plain strawberry with whipped cream and it was the perfect amount of fruit to crepe ratio. Try the lemonade if you like tart and refreshing not sugary. Will definitely go back.

Cashier was great, unfortunately crepe was barely edible. With understandably high prices, I would rather wait longer to ensure high quality food.

Where Covid restrictions are currently restaurants are allowed 50% capacity. They've chosen not to. At least not this day. Thats fine and dandy, but it was enough for us to choose to go elsewhere.
(We didn't want to get the food home and have it be cold by then).
It was my little girls birthday and it was her wish to go for crepes.
We've done so a number of times previous. Well once we had our calm and I thought relatively quiet, private and respectful family conversation the staff seemed to be given us "tainted" and almost "dirty" looks as we were turning to leave. So firstly.how dare you?
Secondly, clean you damned restaurant. It appeared filthy and run down. Try a mop and a little effort in your employment position.
We have been residents far longer than you've been a guest here.we will NOT be back and this story will be told to others considering this establishment.

The asian guy did a good job. It looks like the white girl doesn’t want to be there. No customer service skills at all. I actually felt guilty of coming in. I came here twice the food but maybe not ever again. Nothing changed!

Called to the store thrice to place a pick up order around 1 pm. No one answered. What’s the reason to keep the business line for customers.

We were supposed to get dessert at kawaii crepe but then the staff working at 10: 30pm were very rude. They asked a friend to wear a mask and said to her other co worker "are you kidding me? ". Other friend wanted to order, took a couple of minutes for someone to actually take his order. Lots of items were unavailable. We could have bought something else but due to the rudeness of the staff, we just left.

I was served by a white female and she seemed like she was doing something when I ordered and appeared unhappy to stop what she was doing to serve me.

Great atmosphere, great staff, great food and I especially love your drinks mmmm. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

Delicious crepes. Consumed crepes here in fall 2020 with friends and one of those friends brought that experience up a few times in the following months so we decided to go back. Both experiences were top notch. Thank you Kawaii Crepe for making a 24 year old, 30 year old and 34 year old happy. Delicious.

Love the Elvis and A Lovely Pear! Really appreciate their late hours and tasty treats. The Watermelon boba made my YEAR. The triangle crepe boxes are so charming if you get takeout!

Usually the food is good. I have been several times and never had an experience like today. For some reason they took my order, made it.and proceeded to place it on the counter next to their makeline. Usually they would hand it to me at this point, however I waited 10+ minutes with my crepe just sitting there. All whilst helping customers entering with polite customer service - not what i received. I was very disappointed when handed my food and asked why it had taken so long. They said they had skip orders, although the three other customers who came in after me received their food before me.

Horrible wiat time and bad food service, called in got a text saying it was ready just to wait 20min in store as they let it get cold the whole time

Their pizza le Pepe crepe was too salty, it was not edible. I had to throw it out after 2 bites. Other than that their sweet crepes are great

I usually love Kawaii Crepe and order consistently on SkipTheDishes but the one time I went in for a takeout I was ringed up by this rude girl with blue hair. She had a pretty rude tone and rolled her eyes when I asked if she could speak louder because I can’t hear her. She also got even more annoyed when I asked about the buy two crepes get one free drink deal. I was confused that I couldn’t get a bubble tea so I just got whatever because she was so rude and I did not want to deal with her anymore. The drink I got, I ended up throwing away later because I hated it. It tasted a day or two expired. Other than that, the crepe tasted good and the other girl who was with her was really sweet but definitely will not be coming back. Will be going to other locations.

Whoever was working on Thursday evening Nov 19 2020 and took the order at 6.44 pm for two crepes delivered to the hospital deserves special recognition. In a time where we cannot visit family in the hospital, the individual went above and beyond by following the note mentioning that this was a delivery for a patient who just delivered a baby in these crazy times. Thank you so much!

You can't go wrong with this place! Crepes are amazing. From sweet to savory. The staff are always so helpful and so nice.

Please let me know where else you can get a delicious, warm, comforting crepe besides maybe your own kitchen.

Well I have not had kawaii crepe in years. But tonight I had a vegan option with vegan chocolate and banana. The crepe was also made from vegan batter. I am not vegan but I am lactose intolerant so this vegan option was great. Not to many ppl in the store and will go there again for sure.

Yuck. You have to have an iron stomach to be able to consume the amount of artificial chocolate sauce they pour over the slim amount of fruit. Overpriced and gross

Just ordered a crepe payed $2 extra for double portion of extra Nutella but I got surprised when I got my crepe there was barely Nutella on my crepe also I didn't Taste any Oreo's in my crepe. Very disappointed

Great food, great service, we always order through skip for delivery for the office. They never disappoint. Always great food! You guys keep up the great work!

So fun! I love this place; the food is delicious but also something different from what you get everywhere else. The crepes come in sweet or savoury and the only “downside” is that they are too big to eat both at once. Good value for the price, friendly staff

I honestly always crave Kawaii crepe after Ikea trips and it never disappoints! That crepe batter is just out of this world. My favourites are the yam one and uptown

Love eating at Kawaii Crepe, as they are always super good with allergies! I have Gluten + Dairy Allergies, and never have to worry about cross-contamination, as they always get fresh ingredients, change their gloves, wash the grill and get new utensils! The only down side of this location is how it's always busy, and super hard to find parking!

I booked them for my wedding and they are so great to work with! Super flexible and quick to respond!

Been coming here once in a while with the kids. Usually pretty busy which is an indication of its popularity in the area. Menu has changed over the years just to keep it fresh and the decor is slightly changed.good place for a snack, especially if you like nutella. Their vegan menu isn't bad either

I decided to come here and write a review be aide I am honestly so sick of the dissapointment and hopefully someone who works there will see this and step their game up. This location uses to be great but in the last year has totally gone downhill. Tonight marked FOUR orders in a row that were sloppily executed/missing ingredients (that I payed extra for). Bottom line is that the food is good when prepared properly.

Not taking order at 11ish though they close at 12.00 am. Change your time if are closing before the the stated time. Waste of time.

Savory or desert crepes! They have GF options for my needs! My favorites are the Pump Up the Yam and the Stewy Rooey (rhubarb crisp in a crepe!) They also have coffee and bubble tea! This place is my go to whenever someone asks where I want to go to eat! Yum!

Kawaii Crêpes have so many crêpes to choose from! You can even customize your own crêpe. There's everything from breakfast crêpes to dinner crêpes. They even offer bubble tea! The seating is very comfortable and lots of space for family and friends. Kawaii crêpes have a good price for a treat so special and yummy! I 100% recommend it:)

The service was very slow and there wasn't anywhere you can charge and the interior design is very aesthetic and all but food was also kinda dry.

Kind of cool & different. You have a bunch of choices of hand held crepes. Easy carry out if you are on the go. Although, there is no parking right there. We parked in a grocery store parking lot with warning signs that the car will be towed. It was still there when we got back, but it did make me nervous.

Always good crepes and bubble tea. Super chill and aesthetic cafe, a fave place of mine to go. Highly recommend!

I always try to share both a savoury crêpe and a sweet one; the savoury ones are definitely a great replacement for any sandwich you might get in the Village, and there are enough sweet options for any palate.
