We recently traded in our Ford truck for a new Ford Edge at Kelleher. We were pleased with the purchase and the three staff members who helped us purchase our new vehicle. We found them responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous, and the dealership's selection of vehicles suited our needs better than other dealerships in the province (after an extensive internet search). It was worth the four-hour round-trip drive to deal with Kelleher and would buy from them again in the future.

The service, reception and shuttle driver were very professional. Work on the vehicle was done quickly and the vehicle returned with an exterior wash and interior cleaning. Bill the service advisor could not have been more professional and Chad the service manager reviewed the invoice. I could not be more pleased and would recommend Kelleher Ford to anyone.

Ray sales rep was exceptional. Very personable, respectful and went above and beyond to give excellent service. He deserves a raise! He is a valuable employee.

Purchasing a vehicle is a pleasant enough experience but after sales service is terrible. Be prepared to go back multiple times for the same repair because it's never done right the first time!

Waited on hold for an hour just to get told there parts and services aren't open on the weekends and i couldn't get my quote so I called Winnipeg and they booked it no problem

Had a wildlife claim on an f-150 (over 12k in damage). Extremely impressed with the results. Paint is a bang on match, truck looks just like it did before. And they even did a full interior/exterior detail to top it off. Excellent service.

Decent service but appointment delays, twice in last couple of months. Excellent service reps, but this service department has become far too expensive for average customer, ($750 for power steering hose installation). Regrettably, I'll have to change service locations

Bought a New 2021 F150.4 Recalls since.
Problem is no parts in past 7 months to fix any of those recalls and no follow up by the dealership
Until today. Today November 4th 2022 a Module recall they tried to fix back in May /22 and didn't complete was as of Oct 31/22 Apparently
Expired without notice to me of pending expiry date.
Dealership is now more than happy
To announce the warranty repair fix
Had just expired instead of fixing the problem when recall was announced.
What kind of service is this?
Ive dealt here with many used and new vehicles over the Years but have serious buyers remorse after my last new truck purchase.
Buyers Beware.

Went there to inquire about a specific model with a specific trim and packages. I got well advised, informed and answered about all my inquiries to my surprise. I was not expecting that. A month later I have possession of the vehicle that I went there for and more. Mr. Ray made sure that it suited my budget and the financer also.

I had an emergency and was in need of help, even though I was from another community, and not a regular customer, the Kelleher staff made time to fix the issue and helped us return home. Thank you so much!

Extremely slow booking for service, friendly staff, good products. Very poor and untimely quick lane service. Had a vehicle in the shop in the winter which was booked in and actually was done on time and good work done through the shop on warranty but will be going elsewhere for basic vehicle maintenance services.

It was my best experience buying a car so far. They care about their customers being always professional and helpful. Kelleher Ford has my highest recommendation.

I worked here and really enjoyed the family that they have created. Excellent staff in every department. Good talent throughout with the exception of poor leadership in the service department. The service writers are often limited or stretched thin but always manage to make you feel like your not a burden. The techs and lube rack people are qualified and competent. My car has never been so clean as it was when I had it detailed. I never met a salesman I didn’t like, best value on tires I could find, body shop was awesome when I had work done. I still come here for parts and service. 5 stars for value in every department. 3 for leadership.

Company vehicle was in their garage for weeks with electrical issues. Left having been told they were fixed only to realize later that there were no rear lights.

Not customer friendly at all. Rather standoff as we needed to ask for assistance. Difficult to engage in conversation regarding repairs. Not the level of Ford service one would expect.

I Have purchased several F-150 trucks over the past years from Kelleher Ford through Jason Young in sales. Their sales, service, parts and body shop department staff have treated me above and beyond, every time.

Not sure I’ve ever been treated in such a manner. Trying to order a simple part. Completely turned away. No part number taken. Utterly no service, and upon calling afterwards I was hung up on when I was trying to inquire why I was treated thusly. Completely insulted. Would give 0 stars if it were an available option. Napa was extremely happy to help me out for a simple fan belt.

Had some issues with our truck but nothing our service guy Ryan has not dealt with in a timely manner for us. I hope to recieve the same service for years to come.

I think his name was Benjamin he was super nice and understanding of my situation and was willing to squeeze me in sadly I didnt have the time to wait and had went elsewhere but I highly recommend

Not a pleasant experience with my trucks warranty work. We are approaching 50 days in the shop with about 5 "should be ready" dates come and gone.

If you phone in and navigate the phone system for service you get pushed back to the main menu after waiting a few minutes about 3-4 times before anyone will answer if they answer.

Fast and fun service. Sales people were helpful and customer oriented. Informative on the vehicle i wanted and we got right to it!

Terrible experience from the moment I pulled out of the lot. The vehicle was sold to me with a plugged air filter, expired coolant, and a slow leak in one of the tires.
Fast forward a few months, noticed a leak from my transfer case. Brought it in for what I assumed would be an easy process covered under my powertrain warranty. The service consultant right away said that the oil change I had completed at a warranty approved facility would nullify my warranty because it isn't at their shop, so there wouldn't be a record of it being done on file. I explained that I had the invoice (not to mention the fact that it could have gone several thousand more kilometers before needing that oil change), so he said he'd look into it.
Dropped off the vehicle, waited 3 hours, got a call that because I was within the first 5000 kilometers of owning the vehicle, it was within the "exclusion zone", so it wouldn't be covered under warranty, so would cost $352.17. I told him I'd be going to a different mechanic to have it done and would pick up my vehicle. He told me there would be a half an hour inspection fee which he couldn't tell me how much it would cost over the phone (although the repair he knew exactly).
Picked up the vehicle, paid the $81 inspection fee, took it to a shop I trust, and guess what, nothing was touched underneath. $81 fee and 3 hours for them to look at it and tell me what I already knew needed to be done.
I will NEVER be dealing with this dealership again

I waited in line for 10 minutes today at 8am to get the oil changed. When I went to drive in they told me to go back out and wait in line behind 4 other vehicles. I decided to go home instead as I was mad to have to wait even longer. I may just do the oil change myself or take it to another ford dealership. I am not impressed with the staff and how they handled the situation.

My husband Tyler purchased a brand new 2019 Ford F150 Larriet from Kelleher Ford! He had been searching for awhile and Kelleher and Craig Mayor made sure to give him the best deal.

At no point did we feel like we were just another sale. Everyone was kind and wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered. We are not from Brandon but they made sure we were taken care of! Craig set us up at the Best Western for the night while financing went through and the truck was all prettied up for us!

The finance manager Alanna was also amazing! She took the time to illustrate our options and share it in a way that we understood what we were choosing and signing on to. We had a great experience and the cherry on top of a full tank of gas to get us back to Winnipeg. We will definitely take the trip back to Kelleher for any future vehicle purchases!

Very dissapointed in the sales staff at Ford. The fellow that came to assist my husband and I was extremely unprofessional! We had come to look at an F150. We were quickly greeted. My husband had a few options that he required for a truck purchase, but the salesman rudely cut him off to tell us about the current offers. We listened to the offers and thanked Chris, then said we were going to look around on our own and request his help when we were ready. Once we browsed and wanted assitance he had disappeared. We went in the main vehicle display area and Brad spotted him at a counter through a set of doors. We stood to the side allowing him to finish his conversation with a female staff member. Overhearing his unprofessional conversation we decided we did not want his assistance any longer. On our way out, not one sales person said a word to us. Expected so much more. We will never return to Ford again.

Collision Centre - I was so impressed with the customer service and work that was done on my vehicle. I got my car back looking better than new and they had taken the time to clean the entire interior of my vehicle, which was greatly appreciated! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about all the staff at the collision centre. They even made sure that some of the warranty work I needed got done at the same time. Thank you all so much!

Dealing with Al Twerdochlib was a refreshing and positive change in purchasing a vehicle. He went out of the way to bring vehicles to my wife 30 minutes out of town to try out multiple times. Although I was careful, never did I feel I needed to watch my back through the process, Al had that covered!

Clay has been our salesperson for years and always goes above and beyond for us. Our recent purchase of a Ford Edge has been perfect for our family. Clay always listens to what you want in a vehicle and strives to give it to you with out trying to up sale. My wife always feels like her opinion is respected and the deal is being completed with both of us. Once you drive away you stay important to Clay, he has helped us when we’ve had vehicle issues in the past, calling him when he was on his way to a Christmas party didn’t stop him from making sure we were looked after.

only beef with Kelleher from the past and likely going forward is that the Quick Lube is not quick - usually a line up to wait in to get an oil change. Would really like to be able to make an appointment as this is the future service to be used most with a new vehicle.

Very poor service. The service manager sent a relatively new employee to deal with a situation that he was evidently uncomfortable with and had zero training to do. When we asked to speak with Chad we were informed that he was not available and no one had an idea when he would be. No further efforts were made to get us and Chad connected. We were told the vehicle was ready, went to go and pick it up and it turns out that it wasn't, however they were more than willing to take payment for this despite the fact that the vehicle was not ready. Will be going elsewhere every chance we get. Too bad since we have purchased many vehicles from this location.

Brought my truck in to have some warranty work done hubs where leaking therefore, four wheel wouldn't engage they were unable to resolve the issue in two visits had to take elsewhere. They also had little knowledge of the Ford maintenance program paid for my last oil change, and I just found out it was covered. They also did a multi-point inspection, and found no issues i later found out tie-rods are worn out, and it needs brake pads.

My wife and I have purchased 3 new Ford vehicles in the last 3 years. After dealing with one of the salesman at Kelleher we found it very easy to want to go elsewhere. He was the most unhelpful, and lazy individual I may have ever met. Needless to say we purchased our new Ford in Virden which was a great decision. Very professional bunch at Virden Ford. Recently we noticed our check engine light coming off and on at random. We had an appointment scheduled to have it looked it. While waiting for our scheduled date we noticed a very bad grinding/screeching sound coming from the front wheel. Upon investigating I noticed frozen grease on the side of my vehicle coming from the same area as the screeching noise. I took my vehicle to Kellehers immediately. The service guy asked me to pull my vehicle into the shop. Upon doing so he immediately heard the noise and said “ouch”. The screeching noise also has a mind of its own and comes and goes. I was asked to keep my scheduled service date and they would try to determine the issue when it was to come into the shop. I took my vehicle in on the scheduled date and the service guy asked his mechanic to go for a ride with my wife to listen. The mechanic refused, and the service guy ended up going with my wife. The whole drive they could hear the screeching noise and could clearly see an issue. The vehicle was returned to the shop and the noise went away The mechanic said he couldn’t do anything if he couldn’t hear the noise.yet he refused to go on the drive! I am beyond livid with Kelleher Ford. I have heard numerous horror stories about them and wonder how the remain in business. I just feel bad for those who may use them in the future!
