Best steamed chicken and deep fried five spice squid. Didn’t not like anything I ordered here. Friendly staff too

This is your warning to bring your own containers to Ken's when dining in there as they are now charging $0.50/container so you can bring your leftovers home. This is totally a ripoff. Can't they have the courtesy to supply their value clients with free containers so they can bring their leftovers home. I will not be returning to Ken's!

We have been here quite often lately. Usually the food tastes good and fast but on the weekends I guess due to high season the food came out too salty and the wait time is much longer. After all it’s worth trying.

The food is so good. Dine service is very quick. Good size portions. Oh so tasty. Hadn't been able to go for years. Still as good as I remembered. So a good choice.

Dont judge a book by its cover. The items to get (to name a few) :
- Roast duck noodle soup (not shredded)
- Szechuan beef
- Hot & sour soup
- 5 spice squid
- Lemon chicken

Worst chinese food in the city! I ordered from Ken's tonight for the last time! The food I received was just garbage. I ordered bbq ribs and received chunks of bbq pork in some sort of watery liquid/sauce.then I ordered beef and oyster sauce.a dish I have ordered for at least the last 2 decades.and what I received was far from it. The meat was tough and overcooked when it should be extremely tender, and there should be a rich, dark, beefy sauce. Instead I got a light brown sauce with chunks of slimy mushrooms and carrots.both of which should not be in the dish! The beef chop suey was also off a bit as the beef just didn't taste right.not that it was bad but just didn't taste good. All in all a meal worthy of the garbage can. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

Amazing food, don't worry about the location. Love their food and great portions. Have been going here for years

Unfortunately tonight we spent $70 just to be disappointed. This was our go to order at this restaurant.

The Beef Satay was mush, over tenderized beef that fell apart. Fish Maw with Crab Meat Soup was full of mashed up shrimp and imitation crab. The Chinese Broccoli and Shimp was over cooked. The only decent dish was the deep fried shrimp, which you honestly can't mess up.

Something has changed at this restaurant, it's not what it used to be.

The prices are high and the quality of the food wasn't that good and don't go there too late they kinda rush you. I went there one night about 1: 30 cause the open sign said open till 3 am but they rushed me out by 2am

Ken's is our ol' standby restaurant for those times when you're out late with your friends and y'all feel like having something Chinese to eat or having soup. The quality of food is acceptable. They must've used to put lots of MSG in their food because I would usuall get very sleepy after eating there. Not so much now. But I also find their got a bit bland. The two must be tied to each other for some reason. Anyway, the restaurant has been around for more than 30 years, so there must be something they're doing right.or something they're putting in the food to make people come back again and again.

Large, casual dining area including booths. Friendly service staff. Large menu, moderate prices, decent quality food.

One of the top 3 Chinese restaurants in the city. Love the taste, quality and pricing but just not the interiors.lol

Decent late night Chinese food spot if you’ve had 20 or so cocktails and don’t mind running the risk of being robbed and/or stabbed when you exit the restaurant.

Bought food from there last night and I'm experiencing food poisening symptoms! What a dreadful day my stomach is absolutely killing me right now. I ate most of the Kung Fo Chicken (not sure what correct name is but it sounds like that) and Szechuan chicken with some chow Mein. I've never experienced anything like this and I've never had food poisening before so I'm taking a big guess it is what I think it is. Be weary about this restaurant, folks.

This unassuming joint is the late night spot after the bar or club. Only restaurant in winnipeg thats open late on a consistent basis (5am weekends, 3am weekday). Best American-Chinese in the city, kung pao that will make you nut, loaded with cashews. **Warning** this restaurant is best after 1am.

Loved the food and ambiance. Place is open late night and offers a wide variety of dishes served hot. I highly recommend the sizzling dishes and it's quite a show watching the food being poured onto the plates with the first sizzles turning up your taste buds!

The food is really good and the service is quick. They could use some upgrades on the facilities and dining room as it seems old and beat up.

If I could give a zero I would! Spent $50 on three dishes and the ginger beef was like deep fried batter there was no meat, dry breaded veal hmmmmm never have experienced it looked like fried pieces of fatty random meat, the Cantonese chowmein had 2 shrimp, 2 pieces of bbq pork a couple random pieces of meat and a few veggies more than 3/4 was noodles. $50 lol what a joke. I actually just took it back and left it on the counter. IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO STAY OOEN DONT CHATGE PEOPLE FOR FRIED DOUGH AND NOODLES FOR $50

Great food. Reasonably priced dishes. Fried Chicken with chilis and honey is very good! Or try the Fried chicken with a brown chili sauce (no mushrooms for me) is my favorite. Add a Ken's mixed veg and tofu for a perfect meal for two.

We usually go here when everything's closed because they are open til 4am. Its a good place to go to with a lot of people. The food is good and not oily like the other chinese restaurants. For me, I personally like their honey spicy chicken.

I tried to order from this place the guy on the phone told me an hour and 15 mins for delivery and for 5 items it was $75.00. The prices are insane! I cancelled the order and ordered from another place that only takes 20 mins and got same amount of food for $50.00

I have been eating at this restaurant for 30+ years, through multiple owners and new years. When ever possible I have ordered and picked up from the restaurant for new years.
