KFC

I ordered uber eat delivery through this store locations and this is what I got for two of my 4 pieces of chicken. Chicken pieces but in a size of a chicken wings. Also, my fries and popcorn chicken is cold and you cannot blame deliveryfor that since the store is only 5 min drive from my place. Do not order from this location, do not worth at all.

Horrible didn't give me any KFC at the Santa Claus parade unbelievable I was in the front with little kids and you went to the people beside me can't believe it they had no kids nothing.

No condiments, no ice, no sides! But employees were GREAT in asking if my wife left her hat inside and giving it to her! Employees were quality people trying to do their job

The location here is kind of a weird one. It's in a bad neighborhood, seems to attract violent/homeless people to the point where they needed security guards (I haven't seen any recently). Although the staff seems to try hard at their job and for the most part it's KFC.so the food here is pretty good. Not a big fan of the Taco Bell side though.

Worst KFC/Taco Bell location and I will not be back nor refer anyone to this location. Two of the 3 occupied tables were homeless people that were just hanging out, one of which was openly drinking a king can of beer in the middle of the restaurant. Counter was a mess of papers and other equipment around the registers and despite me being the only one at the counter it took 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. Server was not the friendliest and definitely wasn’t service with a smile. Once my order came up I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and was handed two packages of each then they walked away. Since I ordered 5 tacos I asked for 5 or 6 more hot sauce but the server only passed me 2 more and once again briskly turned around and walked away. After opening my food I found the tacos looked like they were tossed together by a 2 year old with all ingredients completely separate in their own little pile so I basically had to spread the ingredients out to make it a proper taco. The service and attentiveness of the staff get zero stars, the food prep and presentation gets zero stars, and I would give them negative stars if I could for letting someone hang out with open liquor in the middle of the restaurant when they weren’t even purchasing anything there. I have given this establishment two stars only because the food did taste decent.

I ordered a big crunch first. That took a while and so I figured I'd order hot wings since I'm waiting. It wasn't even hot! What's going on KFC? You had crunchy chicken and now your pulling skin.lol
For real. Not crispy fried chicken anymore! I'm appalled!

Terrible and. Chicken is your best bet. Service was ok, just terrible mexican food. Their fountain drink was horrible. It's very hard to find a good place for food.

Food is usually pretty good. The only downside is my order is always missing some items. But the workers are always very nice and accommodating.

Food was cold (in store ordering) dry and quite frankly disgusting had to put my sandwich together properly. And there was no sauce on it, the bacon lovers sandwich isnt worth even $5 let alone $11 after taxes.took 2 bites and had to spit it out.

Order was placed yesterday October 31 evening. Ordered 8 portions. Didn't get spicy chicken as we requested, different drinks and different sources. Fries was bitter. Terrible

Terrible service, food quality is terrible here, always serving old stale chicken. I come here a lot because it's close by, Please just give decent service and good quality food. Always get attitude from the employees and managers. Gets an F- for grade, and 0 out of 10 if I could.

On special events such as my parents anniversary which was today.my mother always wants KFC as she grew up with it and loves it. Well at least did. Multiple occasions when going to this location the establishment was ran so poorly. The lady asked us our order at the drive thru receiver when we got up to the window she tried handing us another persons order as well as after being corrected we had to remake our entire order at the window which backed your drive thru up.
The food its self was cold, and the frys felt like they sat in a humidifier all day. The person before us experienced the exact same issue im not sure how their food was but they handed one bag back and then got given a different bag which I assume was their correct order that time as they left. Last note I though id leave I get it theirs no one at the counter inside ordering but at least 2 employees loved there phones instead of the job. Overall just a very poor experience at this location and if I didn't leave a review detailing the issues they wouldnt be resolved @KFC feel free to message me when actions have been done to make experiences here better id love to give you guys another try and update the review.

Unfriendly and unknowledgeable staff, I would ask a question about a sign they have up in their window and the woman in drivethru didnt know what I was talking about. Food from this location is okay. Had the wrong order and would ask for no ice and got ice. They would just dump it out and not top it up again.

This placed is managed by idiots who don’t know the difference between regular chicken and chicken tenders.embarrassing how a blind person could do a better job than the staff at this location. Such a rip off compare to other KFC’s. Who knows what else is is hidden within that kitchen.

Order a boneless box meal in the drive-thru and didn't get my side and only got 2/3 tenders.

Nice service. Food is good and the kitchen is clean. Drive-thru is available. Sadly, the restroom are closed (due to covid, i guess) which doesn't make it a good pitstop for travelers like us.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star but I had no choice, called at couple of times they don't even say hello when they pick up the phone, the person who picked up started making weird chewing like sounds and then hung up.this place should be shut down.

They gave me garbage. Looked like this morning they made it and sold it evening. No crispy at all.

Must have been the slowest service I've ever gotten. Empty restaurants, barely anyone in drive through but the wait was unacceptable

Worst kfc experience I had, chicken was cold, fries were cold, didn't get my order right had to go back and get my other half of the order and they had the nerve to tell me I didn't order the other items I was missing but I had my receipt so I did get it, no customer service skills at all I understand having a bad day but don't project that on ur customers especially with the prices being so high now

Poor employee don't have manners to talk with their customers. Yesterday at night around 10pm i gave my order from drive thru the poor lady was not taking my order properly and her behavior was so wired.i don't understand who hire these type of such employees.

They tried to talk me into getting a $47 bucket but I talked them dowb to a $13 bucket instead. #Win

If there are 6 cars in the drive-thru you're waiting 30 minutes don't even bother. This restaurant is constantly bad.

This location has a tendency to forget items in the order, not once, not twice, EVERY TIME! Other than that, the food is good and delivery is fast.

I bought a chicken bucket.omg worst chicken ever.before it is good.the chicken is so small, no taste, not crispy.the gravy also.fries is just ok.not worth it.

Went through the drive through and picked up a 6 piece bucket with fries n gravy, no waiting, staff was very prompt and courteous.

Newly renovated, it feels like a brand new restaurant! The staff was friendly and efficient with our order

Worst KFC ever. Had a credit, due to getting uncooked ckicken. Store closed for renovation. Now claims that they don't have a record. Argued with me on the phone, made me feel like I was trying to rob them of a 9 piece chicken bucket.

Really bad experience. Stick to the st.james location. This one nickel and dimes. Spent $50 on chicken and taco mix. Asked for only legs and this is the only location that said no. The food packaging lead to messy burritos That were bent and tacos falling apart. Nothing appealing. Tried to use a coupon code and other location always honors but this location. Said no to everything. Might have to go to Sherbrook or St.james only.

I order 12 pieces chicken and got 11 dark and 1 white my girlfriend only eats white meat I did not know chickens only had dark meat out 12 pieces you should get 3 to 4 pieces of white last I order this place

Chicken was old and dry. One of chicken leg was ripped off. Gravy taste like they mixed too much water.

Ordered 10-piece bucket wit 3 large sides at 6: 39 PM for delivery. It's now 8: 19 PM, and my order is still not here! I called their 750 Sherbrook store several times but all I get is a busy signal!

Food is great, service is usually really great especially the young man working the window. Very polite and professional.

I went because today was the introduction of their "famous chicken sandwich" though as far as I know, KFC is not famous for this style of sandwich. Popeyes chicken is introducing their famous chicken sandwich here in Canada and I believe this is KFC's attempt too capitalize on the event.

The sandwich was alright but was not of the caliber of Chick-fil-a. The chicken breast was thick but not as large as the smallish bun it was served on. It did not seem to be breaded with the Colonel's secret recipe. In the tradition of other famous chicken sandwiches, it came with only mayo and pickles. There were only a couple of slices of pickles and they were kind of sweet, not just dill.

I haven't tried Popeyes sandwich here in Canada yet, but I hold out hope that it will be far better than KFC's entry

I’m a “bit” biased but I’m always honest. The Plant Based “chicken” sandwich was dreadful. Served with mayo and lettuce, the “meat” was flavourless. Won’t repeat that mistake. Service however, was fast and friendly. Stick to the “C” in KFC!

I saw online & other kfc in Winnipeg still providing 5 fill ups for 1 but this kfc don’t offer this. Because they need big orders not small order. Even though if u order couple of items there is always something missing. That way they try to steal customers money. It was must go places for me now it’s no go place. Such an irresponsible management here.

An alright place, wait time varies on order, chicken and fries easily made, but order a Big Crunch/Zinger and you'll be waiting while the drive thru and delivery orders pass by you, 20-30 minutes

I sometimes call to let them know im making a big order so i dont have to wait 30 minutes, but that varies on who picks up the phone, some make excuses, and some say its too busy, i mean i just made a simple order and your last worker took my order

Overall its a good place, the place gets really busy

Horrible location DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION! Waited over 2 hours and still have not received my order! Manager I spoke to would not offer a discount and was not helpful whatsoever! Cancelling my order!

Convenient location. Open late hours. Staff was polite and friendly every time i visit. The reason why i come here occasionally is because their spicy chickens are addicting.

Heard this was one of the busiest KFC's in all of Canada. I think it's location is $money. Staff are friendly and fast. As for the food. It's KFC

Food was overcooked. Got my gravy before my food. Got cold fries.was pretty horrible if you ask me

Tried to order a decent meal for me and my wife just to be sitting there for 2 and a half hours twiddling my thumbs for something that never even showed.

Food tasted okay, saw the people making the food not wearing gloves or anything while handling the food. Unsanitary.

I'm pretty sure I've reviewed this KFC before, but here we go again. It's quite spacious in here and it's also got a Taco Bell inside. They're not busy often so there's never a queue, and the staff are friendly enough.

The food can be very hit or miss though. It's KFC chicken and you'd think it would be pretty straightforward, but sometimes it can be very oily and sometimes it can be very hard and dry like it's been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. When it's good it's very good, but when it's bad, it's quite disappointing.

Rough part of town. Some places have a key for the washroom, the staff have to unlock the door for you at this place.

Witnessed an elderly customer spill his fries accidently and worker would not replace them for him.poor customer service.shame on her.

It's a KFC/Taco Bell, so there is nothing to stand out about it, but the service is always good and the staff polite.

Always busy place. Treated extremely well. Very helpful with choices with menu. Staff very friendly.
