The food really is mediocre. It's gotten to a point where the only reason I eat anything from taco bell is because someone else wants to eat there, or someone else is buying lunch entirely. I Dakar l flat out refuse to ever eat any KFC any more. That stuff is only really advisable for people having difficulty passing bowel movements and even then, I would recommend moderation to control the flow.

I'm really disappointed with how the level of service and quality of food had gone down. My husband and I will have to drive to McPhillips from now on. I ordered the 10 pcs bucket with 3 sides. I asked for extra crispy they said it's not available and will have to be 30 mins wait. (They've never had it available for almost 2 years now whenever we try to order there). So I said the original was fine. The person who took my order rushed me and was pretty rude. Drove to next window to pay, and they said there's a 5 mins wait on the corn. I drove to the parking lot and had to wait 15 mins instead. I got home (only 3 mins drive) and the corn was so cold, the chicken were sooo bland and the fries felt old and just re-fried. We lost our appetite that night.

They need people that can understand English better and manager should be more understanding

Went through the drive through and could barely hear the lady through the speaker so I politely asked if she could speak up a bit so I could hear her she started yelling what she was saying and in a very rude tone I didn’t even want to get food from here after that

Like every other restaurants had the chicken bowl potatoes were runny no corn and the popcorn chicken didn't taste like real chicken. I'll stick to Popeyes also had the tacos they were so small from taco bell I rather make my own it more cheaper and bigger

Good place for specially plant based sandwiches but you need to wait. All other things are good

This place is freezing, and stood at till for 7min before anyone said anything to me. Hiw hard is it to say, sorry sir one minute?

Went to the drive-thru to order the 2 piece Tuesday special and a small gravy. Got my order, brought it home, opened it up to see only 2 pieces of chicken, gravy and no fries. The special is supposed to come with fries. Started eating my chicken, there were two long hairs on my drumstick. I know they weren't mine, my hair is short. So gross and disappointing.

There is no convenient and clear menu if you do not have a mobile application, the menu above the place of ordering changes quickly, which makes the ordering process itself inconvenient.

Looks great after the renovation. You can charge your phone as well, just sit in one of those high chairs.

Ordered 2 sandwiches through delivery. One sandwich was fresh but the other one was super dry and old. Chicken patty was cook atleast 2 hours ago. Super disappointed. Also gave me wrong dipping I ordered

This place just doesn’t taste as good as it used to, i ordered the 6 piece bucket with 2 large sides and everything was dry and not good at all.the fries were horrible.

Not all KFC locations do a good job at cooking the chicken but this location is very satisfactory!

Manager is cheap, rest of staff are awesome! Full time employees stuck with only part time hours.

After renovations, I gave it another try. Before the reno, the chicken was disgusting and greasy. After reno, it's not bad, but definitely needs improvement. Might try one more time to confirm. Be thankful I give 1 more star.

Do not ever phone this location as they never answer their phone. The food however was hot, tasty and quick to order. The service was friendly and I would suggest taking advantage of their coupons when available.

This is by far the worst food I’ve had in forever. The chicken was burnt! The fries cold and the sandwich looked like a truck ran over it! Shame on you kfc

Quit KFC years ago.used to be good food at this location till the current owners took over.we now order from Chicken Chef.the chicken is not greasy at all and is always hot.

Showed up at 9pm tonight doors are locked delivery drivers at tables. So we to drive thru to let lady know against the law to be closing an hour early, lady had no clue. Do not walk or bike to this location after 830 or doors might be locked. I will be calling KFC canada regarding this.

It's a KFC/Taco Bell. Ordered the Quesalupa and the shell was soggy and there was barely any meat. Not sure if it was just soggy from the cheese, but it wasn't a hit for me. Wouldn't go back.

While the staff was friendly and service quick I was unimpressed with my order.
The chicken, while hot, had no flavor and was greasy. The gravy is unseasoned. Not as good as they used to be.
On the otherhand; If you go here: the Taco Bell menu is great.

Great service friendly staff and with such positive attitude and it was a great experience to witness a wonderful team. Love this location and will.come back again

They took my money via Skip. No food.incompetent staff. Basically took money amd i never received the food tried calling Kfc 2 hours later we give up!

Still doesn’t taste the same as when I was a kid and to greasy. Asked for no wings in the bucket and still got 3. I had to speak to 3 staff members in order to place my order. Because two of them didn’t know English

Drive thru was quick but put sauce on a big crunch when asked not too but only realized when i got home so went back and got a new one kind of sad that after all the time and gas i spent didn't even get something small like a coupon for the next order

The portions at KFC r getting smaller and smaller. Think I got about 15 french fries.come on KFC.

April 11,2021. Went with my husband and dog for a quick order. Never in my life have I had a more disgusting meal. Fries were cooked at least 3days ago and microwave. Chicken was soo greasy it was running down my hand. The taste was something I can’t even describe. OLD grease taste. Even my dog wasn’t interested in it. Went in garbage. I just love spending my hard earned money on garbage food!

Literally the slowest staff I've ever seen. All from India, none speaking English to each other.

Service was really nice by a young fellow. Answered my question patiently at the drive thru. Said you're welcome when I said thank you instead of the "no worries "

Went there some weeks ago for a pickup order. Was missing gravy and salad which were paid extras. Half the fries were old and soggy and half were fresh. By the time we got home to eat it was too late (and far) to go pickup the items.

I submitted the complaint via survey only to have my phone ring at 10pm (3 seperate calls) from the location but no message left. I missed the calls. VERY unprofessional.

I got a sad popcorn chicken coupon through e-mail that does not even make up the cost of the missing items. No gravy ruined the whole meal as that is what we look forward to.

No follow up from store. They just don't care apparently. Management should be trained much much better.

I go here for Taco Bell. Love the Taco Supreme! Service was a bit slow tonight, but it was worth the wait. The food is wonderful.

They had 6 employees with only 4 people actually doing work. Had a rush on drive thru and inside but catered to us inside before drive thru. Food was slow to be prepared. Tastes alright.

KFC is quick and affordable food. If you're after a healthy meal for your family, then I wouldn't recommend It. While it's not her favorite, I still like to treat my wife Valerie to the occasional chicken dinner from our local KFC restaurant on Henderson Hwy.

This restaurant has not been updated in for ever. Use it for drive through not for dine in. Staff sometimes doesn't even know what they sell, had to explain what I wanted, that's it's on their website and it took them some time to confirm I'm telling the truth.

KFC just ain't the same, my popcorn chicken was terrible, definitely not the nice chicken chunks they used to serve. However they made up for it with the fries Supreme! Burrito had too much doe

So I walked into kfc and I asked the girl for a large gravy and a straw, she didnt get the joke. As I was leaving the girl told me the straws were over there as she was pointing towards the drink machine. I told her I was joking.

We ordered a 16 piece bucket meal for the family. My kids and I ate it since my wife has a gluten allergy. I spent a considerable amount of time at work in the bathroom just hours after eating and also into the following day. When I looked at the chicken it looked darker than normal indicating possibly old grease used. I am going to call the manager.

Thanks for a very yummy dinner yesterday my (Big Crunch) burger meal with spicy sauce was so delish, fries and gravy were spot on as well

Chicken is usually pretty good, although the smaller pieces were very dry last time we picked up. Not sure why the soft drinks taste like a chemical has been added.we always skip the soft drinks.

Only customer, and it took 8 minutes to get food. Staff that worked the drive through stared at me while I waited 'in line' (only person not staff in the building). This should have been my first indicator to leave, but I wanted the $5 special. I worked as a french fry grader in the past, so my expectations are skewed, these wouldn't have passed inspection, lacked the freshness and salt. They tasted like they were under the warmers for a hour and a half to two hours. The chicken was spot on tho

This place is a joke they advertise extra crispy Chicken, and they do everything they can not to serve you. They ether tell you they are out or you well have to wait at least 1/2 hour. This has happened multiple times so when you see the advertising for extra crispy chicken. It’s a scam to get u in just offer regular chicken.

Once in a long while its ok the problem is the bucket of chicken was verry greese to the point for every bite i had to wipe my hand

I stood at the counter waiting for someone to help me for a solid 10 minutes. Eventually I said excuse me and I was rudely told “were portioning right now you’ll have to wait”. Wow. Why even be open if you’re not ready to serve customers. Never again.
