HORRIBLE! REFUSED MY COUPON that they sent out. Told it’s for only online use lol but the coupon clearly says “ present when ordering”

I must say they are a little slow preparing food considering there was only 3 customers. Wraps were good and there price deals. Store is clean and good amount of seating.

I had a terrible experience with today's order. I made my order at 7.04 pm order was supposed to be delivered at 7.45 I am Muslim and I was fasting and I break my fast around 7.55 order wasn't delivered.call the store over 5 times no one picks up.called the customer service the rep is not professional didn't bother to apologize and was rude then I was disconnected and I was in the street waiting for my order till - by coincidence I found My food on the ground by the side door not the primary door thrown on the floor.my order was left on the ground in minus 2 I was not notified that my order was delivered to pick it up. My order was on the ground by the side door that we never use! Cold and any animal would have took it.horrible experience I will NEVER EVER DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN not to mention that my order was not complete there was a missing large fries. But I didn't wonder with a horrible service like the one I received today.shame on you

Last friday at the drive thru asked for a big crunch they tried to get me to ordera different sandwich but i said no I would wait so i got home and ate about 3 bites the texture was wrong the meat was raw took pictures that might end up on Facebook will never go there again

Friend and I ordered two 3 piece meals. The person taking the order was Cadiance. Her customer service was terrible. Not friendly, she had a bitter facial expression while taking our order. We asked for more condiments and she did not give the amount we asked for. Also the woman's bathroom was out of toilet paper and it was obviously not cleaned. While we waited for our order a gentle man ask for toilet paper, they were out too. Will not visit again.

The people here were very friendly very quick it was very clean the food was hot the food was good got to give it a five star rating

Website is difficult to navigate, coupons are not accurate paid more then the advertising coupon. Once i managed to make the order and pick it up the order was missing a gravy.

Seriously, I order through Skip now so that I can choose the Henderson location, because unfortunately I am in the catchment of this location for delivery. They always mess up at this location and they constantly forget items. Every. Single. Time. And good luck getting a hold of them to resolve it. The location on Henderson is much better.

This is the first time i have ordered kfc with my dad in a long time (basically the last time was before covid), so my expectations weren’t high for a kfc, but oh.my.god.i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and gravy.don’t get me wrong, it smelt DELECTABLE… BUT when i ate it is when it all went downhill.it was hard to bite into, like literally hard.i had to fight with it for a good 3 minutes to get a nibble out of the sandwich.fast forward and we’re on our way home and my stomach starts feeling weird.my stomach usually gets upset after eating fried food, but not like this.this was different.i make a b-line straight to the bathroom and low and behold, i puke.i felt
so sick when i went to bed; i woke up at 4: 30 am and there was a major cramp/tense feeling in my chest and stomach (i’ve experienced food poisoning before but not as bad as giving me heart attack symptoms), so i, once again, run to the bathroom and you’ll never guess what happens next…

if you guessed puke, you are correct! I puked.i went back to bed for all of 1 1/2 hours when i was woken up by the same chest and stomach feeling again.i sat at the table with my dad and he was feeling fine.so idk what y’all put in my chicken sandwich but i am FUMING.

Well, I think they should keep those coupons valid all year round. KFC has fallen off in this city since a long time. Only worth it if you paying half price

Really disappointed with my last order! No utensils, when checked box. Also had special instructions that were not followed. When you pay almost $50.00 for 2 people it's a little ridiculous that they can't get a simple order right.

I visit this location regularly. Fairly quick and never any errors with my order. The only complaint I have is my total varies all the time, despite ordering the same thing everytime. I've even asked and I've been told it's due to how some punch in the drink. It's just frustrating as I like to pay cash and would love to know the amount to have it ready, but total is between 3 different amounts.

Almost every time I have gone to this location there was an error with my order I will probably not attend this location anymore.

Went to this location (8: 25 pm) thinking it was open until 10 pm, ordered and felt like we were an inconvenience to them, was told they were closing soon 9 pm, and asked if we are placing an order for takeout? Said no when we were and still asked again if it’s takeout, we were ordering to dine in, should have just walked out but we ordered and gave the benefit of understanding we were dining in. We paid / spent $58 bucks in less than 15 mins and sat inside we we’re done eating at 845 pm. Still feeling like we were getting rushed out because a staff member was cleaning around us and emptying the garbage while we were still eating, very unpleasant customer service. We are the customers paying for a product/ service and it was nothing close to a pleasant experience. If anyone asked for a recommendation, this would be last place I’d suggest just for the experience we had. Sorry but if you didn’t want customers in at the time of your cleaning they should have locked the doors instead of still wanting and taking our order and our money and still putting everything in a bag for takeout and expecting us to leave and still rushing us to out by cleaning and emptying the trash bin s

They couldnt het a simple order right sloppy put together and for being freshly made it was cold

Drinks are watered down garbage, very slow for a “fast food” restaurant. Also out of something every single time I come. Drive through was being blocked off by some guy pressure washing crates? Could you not do that in the middle of the drive through?

I wish I could give rating in minus, haven’t clean snow for all winter, stuck my twice in drive thru

Driving by, had a nostalgic moment, and figured I'd get some good ol KFC. Noticed even in the car, it didn't have the smell I associate with KFC, and the taste when it tried it, confirmed, 0 taste. It's now like breaded chicken, with very little taste. Hoped the gravy would save the day. Wrong again. It was warm brown tasteless gravy. I think I seen one speck of (hopefully) spice. Will not be returning.

Excellent, all I have to Say is wouldn't want their job with all these ungrateful, rude, ignorant, self intitled people.

Today @ 03: 06pm I went drive through and order regular wings and the employee took wrong order. I politely went inside the restaurant and clear the misunderstanding with team, may be 5-6 persons at same time came and discuss the matter, went back to there work still we were waiting for too long to get refund for the the Oder but nobody helped. After a while the person named Navjot, she asked what do you want now? We said we still waiting for refund and again she start talking to their crew and then one of them refund us.the employee NAVJOT she blamed me that I’m making her video because of her misbehaviour, it was so much disrespectful. Actually didn’t make any video but still she blamed me. Just want to say there was too many crew members working at same time but not helpful to sort one issue. Too much confuse staff members.poor customer service ever.

Way to slow I saw five people waiting for 20 plus minutes for food they started walking out and leaving and then there food order was called and then no one showed up so they just left it there getting cold

Very disappointed in my visit. The food was all cold. The sauces for the popcorn chicken was forgotten. The chicken pieces were so small and dried out. For 53 dollars I didn't get good value for my money.

I have really enjoyed the Famous chicken sammich a few times. Perhaps serving chicken made at lunchtime at 4pm is not good business. Without a doubt my ye worst feed I’ve ever had from KFC. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE.it was like chewing rubberized cardboard, which complimented the cold, old, fries which were also like eating cardboard.
This wasn’t bad luck or a mistake. You guys just didn’t care what you were serving. Poor form all around.

At this location, I will only do drive thru from now on. They seem to make the drive thru a priority even tho you made an online order to pick up in store at a certain time. I had the worst experience preordering food for lunch via the online app. Worst of all, they asked for feedback which I provided and I have not heard from the restaurant at all.

Staff very unorganized. Waited over 20 mns at store after ordering online for puck up. Staff was serving people who just walked in as we waited.

Inside is clean. The drive thru staff is always decently friendly. Sometimes it's hard to speak though the speaker but nothing too bad. Almost never have to park for my food, which is great. Decently quick getting the food out. Food is always hot and well made. No complaints here.:)

Slow service, food was stuck to the wrapper, it was the tortilla shell and not because of the cheese. No cars in the drive thru 10 cars in the parking lot waiting for food from drive thru.

I cancelled my order because the restaurant was taking too long and was rude. It was online order and pickup. I waited 20 mins inside store and staff said it will be more 20-25 mins. I cancelled it more than a month ago and still haven’t received my refund. Called kfc like 5 times and everytime agent is like they dont have any phone number for refund people and all they are doing is saying sorry and forwarding emails and nothing is happening. This is so frustrating. Worst customer service so far i have faced in Canada.

Slowest service in the city. Was shocked to the amount of trouble just to get your simple order done correctly. Drive thru lane is the worst, the intercom to order your food is far from the curb, so you can barely hear the employee talk, the windows to pay and receive your order are almost a meter away from the curb, so the staff will have to over extend reach out. Poor design for sure. The Plessis and the Main St branches are far better at service. Just saying

Slow, terrible service. I asked for "extra sauce" on my chicken bacon burger, which is bacon sauce. I then got my meal and it had my bacon sauce, but they added mayo as well. The gravy was tasteless and watery. The chicken finger i got looked uncooked and soggy. I will not return.

Food was good. You need a new speaker outside for drive through. And no straws came with drinks.

Worst service I have had. Simple order and totally screwed up, payed for white meat in the bucket and 2 psc out of ten, what a rip off. Last time I pick food up from there.

A&W NOT KFC! Just tried to use my teen burger combo coupon at the drive thru and instead of the cashier applying my coupon (which they do anyways without physically seeing the coupon), both the manager and cashier on site both denied of taking my order because I did not use the app. Even the manager showed me how to get the right coupon on his phone and still wouldn't use the coupon for me. I have never been denied at this location for coupons and today is the last day I come back to this location and will let everyone know. Very unfortunate and misunderstanding people. I don't even give this review 1 star

Pure incompetence, can't even complete the simplest orders without forgetting to include items. After three times, I learned my lesson and will never go there again.

Good place to get some decent dirty bird but they do have the one woman who is perceived as a little grumpy but I think she's trying to be businesslike as this location gets a lot of traffic but one thing I have to complain about is that it is sometimes very slow in the drive thru but we are talking chicken here not frozen burger patties. But they should just park people if it's going to take a bit or at least explain there's a delay. Otherwise great salty deep fried dinosaur descendant meat.

I recently visited the KFC on Regent between Plessis and Lagimodiere for a bite to eat. Upon arrival I noticed that their drive-thru was busy so I put a mask on and went in to order. When I got into the resturant there was an older gentleman standing just inside the entrance door and a younger couple just receiving their order. The younger couple did not leave out the exit side but left out the entrance which is clearly posted. This wasn't the worst thing that I have come across being out in public since the shut down, but what was to come made me really upset. The older gentleman seated himself in an area that was clearly blocked off, first no no. I placed my order and was told it would be right up. I noticed that the older gentleman that had seated himself in an area that was clearly blocked off and was no longer wearing a mask at all, this is what really made me upset, second and worst no no of all. None of the staff said anything to this "gentleman" (using the term lightly). He seemed to be having a full blown conversation with ear buds through his cell phone. My order came up and I exited the resturant ASAP. I must say that the staff that took my order and dealt with me were very polite and professional and the food was hot and tasty. The resturant looked clean and well kept, other than some jerk who thought he was an exception to the rules. A manager should have been aware of what was going on in his/ her resturant for the safety of others.

Went to drive thru at 10: 30pm and asked them if they still have Monday promotion which 9pcs chicken only for $10. The drive thru guy said yes with no motivation voice so I ordered that one and 1 mighty bucket. Went to the window and paid but I had a feeling something wrong so I asked drive thru guy for receipt when he handed my food and I noticed the guy punched my order wrong. He charged me with 9pcs chicken family pack which is $19.99 so when I told him it’s wrong as I only wants 9pcs chicken only from Monday promotion and he told me they don’t have the promotion but why he said yes in the beginning.

Anyway he asked the food back, touched money then touch my food, all without gloves, hand sanitizing and hand wash especially during COVID-19. In the end all my order wrong. Missing 1 bag popcorn chicken too. I will never come back to this store

I ordered 3 party packs. 5 hard 25 soft. The guy says to me so 10 tacos? I say 3 party packs so 30 tacos and repeated myself. I wait how long then go home. I get 30 stale tasting tacos. 25 hard and 5 soft (complete opposite of what I had ordered) I call the store to request they fix my order and deliver it as I am a 5 min drive she tells me they don't have a driver. Offers me a 20% off my next order. After I spent over $70 on tacos I didn't order! I said I need the tacos its to feed my kids before they start night shift again she argues me. I said since when is the customer not right? I have pics to prove their error. I even offered to pick the soft tacos up and she still refused! Imagine that great customer service fail

Zero stars if I could! Ordered at 6: 15 this evening after I saw the post about the 50% off. I just sat on hold on three different cellphones for an HOUR trying to get through to someone. ALSO attempted to call everyone other store in the city to try to find out what was going on. Multiple busy lines, I was hung up on one after it rang 10 times.another one rang out.was FINALLY on the phone with my bank to see if there was ANY WAY to cancell my credit card payment ($71.00 order) in the meantime, finally had someone order on one of the phones JUST to tell.me my order number I gave her was wrong, even tho that is what the email confirmation gave me, just to tell.me 'ok I cancelled your order, you can expect a refund in 5 days. ' So.bad reviews are being loaded everywhere.this is being shared everywhere.and I have already submitted a complaint online and will continue.thus is absolutly BAD BUSINESS!

Wow have things changed and not for the better. We went through the drive through again thinking our previous visit that was such lousy chicken my dog would not touch it, maybe it was just a bad day but I was wrong lousy Chicken, tiny pieces, small fry portions, not worth the money or the time spent in the drive through line.

I ordered pick up on nov 30, couldn’t get my food due to a 2 hour wait, I’ve been trying to call all day to get a refund, cannot get through to the store as the phone number says it is not in service. Terrible service

Same old chicken recipe, they give you the wrong order some time, and don't give you the all your requested order some other time.

Always delicious for something easy and time saving if you are in a hurry, and they have great coupons this month of October.

Have experienced errors on orders. Missed coleslaw last time, no bill provided. Not worth driving back. Drive thru mic needs fixing. Have to repeat order multiple times almost to the point of yelling anytime I've ordered there the last few times. Get it fixed. If Popeyes come to the area they will get some competition which may be a good thing for customer service improvement.

If they were any slower at the drivethru they would be going backwards. Nobody in front of me and over 10 mins to get some tacos. I could have made them faster.

Typical visit, typical food but tacos were all runny and the bag leaked in my vehicle. Order was inaccurate as I specified an allergy and they still managed to not follow direction. Called them to advise of spoiled food and they gave credit for the spoiled food.

I'd give zero, service was bad, trying to order thru drive thru, the person wasn't answering my questions I had to repeat over and over. Got to the window same attitude not answering my question. Why?

Good tasting KFC. Meal I took 5 for $5 is filling. Nice friendly crew. But crew should be aware of cleanliness. I think cleanliness is an issue with this location as I read other reviews even months ago.

Great service at this location as usual. The staff is very accommodating to special orders.
On this visit, I looked on my phone to see if there were any coupons, and found a screaming good promotional deal on the tacobell website.
The link to download coupon gave me a listing of the deal and price, but no promo code, or scan code.
The staff member looked at my phone, then attempted to find the deal in the register. Not finding it, he manually keyed the contents and had his manager override to the promo price.

Seems like most kfcs including this onwhave quit cleaning and are disgusting inside further more are in need of updates out of the 90s

Went through a drive through, placed my order got to the window, spent about 10 minutes looking at the window and not getting any attention, finally someone came up and gave me my. Fries were already cold too:/

I just had the worst customer service at the KFC nairn/regent location. The manager named Venus doesnt have any manners AT ALL. I'm not sure why would KFC hire someone like her. Shes so mouthful and very unprofessional.

I love KFC chicken. It's always hot, but there's usually a significant wait at this restaurant. It's slow fast food.

The waiting for food is ridiculous. I only waited 20 mins but people ahead of me waited over 40 mins before getting their food.

The cashier was not friendly, for a 3 pce chicken dinner the portions were small, but I thought the gravy was good. Won't be going back any time soon.

Drive thru is alot better at this location for simple quick orders. Going inside seems to be the downfall for this store. Went in and ordered a 15 peice bucket. Had 2 other people come in after me and they ordered similar. They received orders before me. Would not buy in store at this location again

This visit chicken was greasy & overcooked. Fries inedible & coleslaw container only half full. Very disappointed

The staff is friendly, but the chicken is mediocre at best. I don't know if they changed suppliers, but it seemed way fattier than it was before.

Had to wait a long time for our food, it was extremely greasy and spicey. Wont go back to Panet and Regent location.

Haven't had much of an issue with this KFC, be it ordering inside, at the drive-thru, or through SkipTheDishes. Sure, some orders take a bit of time but nothing egregious, though at what other KFC is that not the case? It definitely does look a bit dated on the outside as well as most of the inside, which will likely become more apparent once the Plessis / Park City Commons location opens in the fall. Wouldn't be a half-bad place to eat in at, if that's your thing.

Cleaner then the average kfc. Food quality it better then most kfcs. Could stil use a deep clean. Maybe leave a spray bottle and clean cloth out for people to use when its busy if staff cant get out to the tables.

Ordered from the drive thru. The girl working was so rude! You could see she was having a bad day and it shows in her service! The food was okay but more training is needed at this location to be more courteous to their customers.

Horrible experience, the establishment was disgusting looks like it has not been cleaned properly in months, decided to order anyways so food was incredibly slow to finally come out to me so I'm starving ready to eat almost anything but this food came out so bad I had to leave hungry.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food is okay, but the cashier Venus is the worst. She seems like she's done with everyone, feels like doesn't want to work there. She is utterly rude in the way she interacts with customers. Shouldn't be a cashier with that attitude. Hopefully she gets reprimanded.

We bought 12 piece bucket chicken with the fries. The fries were so bad that it was clearly made with rancid oil. The chicken was also too oily with literally oil spilling out of it.

Signs everywhere that they have the extra tasty crispy chicken but whenever you ask, the answer is always "oh, we ran out of the batter yesterday. " Guess they can't just come out and say it's a bait-and-switch promo.
