KFC

Just wanted to pass along my frustration. For Xmas eve this year decided to try KFC as it's been a long while. STEINBACH location. Ordered to 10 peice festive meal plus the stuffing. Waited an extra 30 min to get it extra crispy. Got home 20 min away and there were only 9 peices. But on top of that 7 of the 9 peices were drumsticks? Phoned and brought back in.wouldn't offer any compensation.had to get higher approval to even give me a refund.no gift card option, no discount and "here is a new meal for free or discounted". Finally got my money back and wished them a merry Xmas. When going to a restaurant typically if a meal comes out wrong or is unsatisfactory it is free or at least discounted. Never mind driving back to return a order that was wrong and losing an hour of my life and hungry people waiting. Geez. Do better with your policies.

Grandparents went through drive through waited half a hour in the parking area where told and wasn't even to busy and didn't even start their order when they went in to check then an employee followed my grandmother to their truck even after they already paid for their meal food wasn't even cooked properly

Food was subpar, drinks were warm for the 2 options they had, no ice. Interior was fine but for $39 expected way more

This place never disappoints when it comes to waiting 15-20 mins for your food. Every single time.

This KFC has gone down the tubes, and waits are why to long, running out of stuff, never has anything ready u would think that at dinner time things would be ready, and now they charge for any little changes to your order ie: wings over drums, in the last to time extra crispy NEVER ready why have it if u have to wait 45 min to get it horrible OFF THE DINNER MENU, going to Marry browns

Order a bucket of chicken and had only thighs and legs. Chicken looked like it was double cooked. I tried calling and no one answers the phone there. Won’t be back! Good luck staying in business, it won’t last long. Read the reviews they’re all like this. Don’t waste money here.

Loser place can't even open doors before noon.coupons expire morning of the specified date.not at the end of the business day like any real business.debit machines would not work at noon so 5 vehicles in the drive thru were not able to get food after church.if I could give 1/4 star that would still be too much!

They are very inconsistent with speed. Not sure if it's due to having new ppl working there often or what.

Fries tasted like cardboard, chicken tasted like styrofoam, soda tasted like soap… but the ketchup was good I guess

The best spot to meet up with friends and family, with excellent food and service and easy parking. We purchased 32 pieces of the extremely delicious and well-prepared chicken fries. Special mention should go to a member of staff there by the name of Srinath, who was incredibly cordial and friendly.

Very disappointing, cold over cooked fries, the big crunch is now the size of a jr chicken sandwich and they couldn't be bothered to fill the drinks to the top.

A drive through experience shouldn't be taking 45 minutes. This place blows for service lmao
