I ordered the chicken meal box. The whole food fries, burger, popcorn everything was cold. I ordered it at night around 1 when I was coming back from work with 9 hour shift. I did take out from drive thru and they just pass me the food in just 1 min probably giving me one of the old orders. Really had a bad experience and I have to go back to get the refund wasting me time and gas.

I ordered 2 items. Sandwich of the day. A twister. It was good and a good value at 5.00.

The problem? The "hotwings". At $5.39 i expected 2 wings. Like 2 full wings. Instead i got a drumette and a wingette. Literally 2/3 of ONE chicken wing. I get it, its called a hotwing, thats a subjective term. A chicken wing is a defined and specific item. So at $5.39 for 2/3 of ONE chicken wing, this is a bad value and misleading.

I was assuming it was 2 full wings because of the competitors like Popeyes and across the st. At Jolibees. They serve literally a whole wing and it has a big chunk of meat on it. See the picture from KFC? Those both have a big bone inside, and so it was 5 bites of food. Common KFC, that's a dollar a bite. Families are supposed to go to your place, like we did in the 80's.

The taste reminds me of the 80's peak KFC. Popeyes is so much better in 2020's. Its what kfc used to be

Always fresh items. Not all KFCs are consistently good. I go out of my way to patronize this particular KFC

When they forget ur order, and u try to call them back they just keep dodging ur calls and never do anything about it

I ordered my meal with gravy but I didn’t got and charged extra for that don’t they listen properly while ordering

$12.31 for the BBQ lovers sandwich at the drive through. I received a dried out piece of chicken on a bun with a tiny bit of mayo, and even less BBQ sauce. Oh and no pickles. This location is terrible. Definitely not worth the money, or time, or the aggravation.

It was completely dead inside, so we ordered take-out at the counter. Paid around $60 for a 14-piece bucket of chicken, large fries, and three side dishes.

Everything was stuffed into a paper bag too small to fit everything. Cold food was not in a separate bag.

Needless to say, the bag ripped in the vehicle. I had ketchup packets, vinegar packets, and napkins all over the floor.

The box of fries was not close to full. All of our side dishes (Homestyle Coleslaw and Macaroni Salad) were closer to half full. Everything was soggy. The coleslaw and macaroni salad were warm.

When I called and spoke to a rude female who said she was a manager. She would not do anything because I couldn't find a receipt. Likely, we did not get one, or it fell out of the bag. I know they could have easily looked the order up but didn't bother.

Are staff eating food out of the containers to short customers?

Not only were they less than 5 min on their drive thru for fried chicken. It was great. They got the order 100% right and they for got nothing in the bag. I'm impressed compared to other locations. Thank you!

Ordered 12 pcs chicken, was told itd be 6 mins wait and was fine with it but ended up waiting for 40 mins in the car, went inside the store to follow up and said theyre waiting for fries. 40 DAMN mins for fries!? !

This location is amazing! The food was ready in like 5 minutes unlike other locations where u wait so long! Food was warm and the chicken sandwich was so good!

I don’t know why this KFC have bad ratings.its really good customer service here.i order aa extra crispy chicken its delicious & i also order fries its crispy love it.some time drive throw is busy but i can wait for the best quality extra crispy chicken bucket.

Got a chicken bacon cheeseburger. The bun was fresh the chicken was so dried out it don't came with any sauce other then mayo.very very dry may have been better if it was not so dry.

Terrible, small portions.
Coleslaw extra, no bread.
3 piece dinner $16.00.3 piece meal, WTH, pieces were chicken mcnugget size.
Never go back.
Absolute waste of Money!

Told to wait 10 mins for fresh chicken. It's now been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting.
