KFC

Zero Stars would not recommend. Ordered the big crunch box meals, one sandwich was oozing grease and the other was served half-cooked. The sides were ok, fries, mac, slaw, BUT THAT GRAVY WAS DUSTY. Service was mediocre at best.

My son and I ordered KFC in Portage yesterday and they forgot our fries. When my son called back they were very kind and kept apologizing and told us we can pick them up. I go pick them up and the lady at window apologized and then another worker who gave us our fries included a large gravy for their mistake and she also kept apologizing. Just that little apology makes a huge difference.some other businesses can learn good customer service from these ladies! Such places like bills sticky fingers who actually got mad at us because they made a mistake with our order. No apology, just rude, take notes bills sticky fingers! Awesome friendly workers at KFC!

Mcdonald's should improve the process order timing cuz everytime it wastes my 30 to 40 minutes. As A dasher nobody pays me for the time I am wasting waiting for food.

Showed up at 8: 40pm and they had already locked the doors even though the open sign was on and door says they are open until 9pm. Tried the drive through and they said they didn’t have any chicken.

Something has changed recently at this KFC. The past several times I've gone through the drive through (normally same time of evening), I've had a super friendly experience with the workers, and the order is always ready almost IMMEDIATELY by the time I get to the pickup window.
As far as I'm concerned, within the past few months, this is the fastest, best drive through fast food in Portage la Prairie.

The service has been so good, that I've actively looked for a way to contact the owner/manager of the establishment to try and let them know how good their evening staff have been doing. Instead, I figured I'd just leave a review here, and hope they see it!

EDIT - things have changed, and the one very good worker doesn't seem to be working the past few times I've been there.
Each time I've been there in the past month, they've got at least 1 thing wrong with my drive-through order.

Poor customer service.ordered items are missing.please check your take outs before leaving the counter.

Order the deluxe bacon with spicy sauce.got the most plain.no bacon, no deluxe at all burger.for the price.well kfc reputation at their best
