Kiche Manitou Campground

Always a great place to go. Even though the lower campground is now closed, it's still a great place to go.

One of my favorite campgrounds because it is off the beaten track so it is quiet. Yet it has many activities that we enjoyed: miniature golf with courses having names unique to the park, an arboretum, visitor centre with displays of wildlife and photos of animals in the area, a gift store, and the Pine Fort IV general store that even sells camp stoves and sleeping bags. The snack shop sells excellent ice cream, I recommend cherry.

Spruce Woods Provincial Park is a dark sky preserve, the only one in Manitoba. I took a 25 minute star trail picture in the middle of the night.

We go every September. Beautiful place to visit in fall, and hike the Spirit Sands nearby. Only thing to watch out for is a lot of poison ivy anywhere that isn’t on the paths or the campsites.

We had a 9 days camping trip here and can't complain the camp ground is massive there are a lot of trails if you love biking or triking, has a beautiful beach also, there is a mini store inside the campground and most i like is the staffs are really nice they will help you if you need help. Compare to other campground that very strick in terms of charging gadgets here they allow you and even offer there office to charge your important gadgets they are happy to help. Also staffs don't bother campers which is the essence of camping peace of mind serenity just enjoy nature as long as you don't violate rules but this doesn't mean they don't implement consideration because i charge my powerstation in there washroom and they don't bother to remove it they give consideration really nice staffs here. Hope all campgrounds staffs are like them. Definitely go back here next year a beautiful place (:

My favorite beach to go to and I love everything there. Camping was lovely; the only thing is the after 11 quiet time is not enforced…. So if you think you’re going to get some sleep while ppl party…, guess again.
